I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lancaster Hotel in Beirut, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that made me feel right at home. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. This is the hotel we always use when visiting Beirut, as their excellent free transfer service gets us out of the messy airport in no time (they are the only hotel with a booth there, just before the arrivals hall, where you are met). The rooms are large and comfy enough, but for some reason they don't make use of the good sea views at the rear of the building. We skip breakfast, as there is a great bakery a little further down the street with very good breakfast snacks. You can walk the seaside corniche from here, or it's a short and cheap taxi ride to the city centre sights.

Absolutely fantastic stay the hotel location was perfect for my needs, making it convenient to get around. The staff were exceptional - incredibly friendly and accommodating, from parking assistance to housekeeping. The overall experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay

they don’t have pool, but the great thing .. they offer free access to the pool and the private beach of Lancaster Eden bay which is amazing. plus they offer free buses every 2 hours going and coming to/from Eden bay and abc Verdun mall. another thing is the free transfer from and to the airport. rooms were good, location is great 10 minutes to A lot of day activities, maximum 20 minutes away from night activity’s places. most of the stuff were friendly and helpful.

I'm regular customer of this hotel, I think it is the best in Beirut. Unfortunately I never got upgrade for the room 😞

Worth every penny we paid , the stuff of the hotel was amazing, The reception ladies were super helpful and nice with my family, We were super happy , we felt like home

Everything Was quit ok

The staff was excellent and attentive from the shuttle contact person at the airport to the guy who fixed the room safe when I accidentally locked it. Everyone was friendly and helpful which made my arrival to Lebanon smooth and easy.

The toilet would not stop running all night. Had to shut the bathroom door to sleep.

24 hour electricity when the country is struggling. Gorgeous staff. Free airport shuttle

In room dining required instant payment rather than paying on checkout. The small gym felt dirty and dead. The spa facility is located in another location unlike mentioned on the website.

The room was old and needs to be updated! But, i am sure they are working on updating the hotel to be more luxurious…we will always wait
