An exceptional staying experience never like before, the location is a perfect spot in Beirut, the staff is fantastic; every individual made us feel like it's our own home, the facilities are super comfort and easy to reach and use, the electricity is 24/7, the breakfast was fancy, the duvets are super clean, the reception and farewell made us feel like we're one family, the prices are super suitable for what we experienced, we're very willing to re-visit this property.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Beirut and had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, specially from Amira and Ayman at the front desk. who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, and the cleanliness was impeccable. the location is perfect, offering easy access to many key attractiones, and the comfort of the room made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

The hotel is perfectly located near the iconic Raouche Rocks, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. .The hotel's proximity to major attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants made it even more convenient. It offers great value, excellent service, and an unbeatable location!

Everything about the property was great. The staff were wonderful. Danielle’s welcoming was warming and Amira was hospitable. Charif was an amazing help in anything I needed and Ayman was wonderful in helping us with reservations outside the hotel, and Hassan helped us with our bags and anything we needed. Even the Room service and House keeping staff were great

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the service was first class and certainly value for money. It all started when Ayman welcomed us and helped upgrade my room and prepare it for my wedding night. The rest of the staff were just as amazing in helping me and my family settle. We felt welcomed, valued and looked after in each and every day.

The furniture was old for example some lamps had stains on them, but still largely well maintained.

I loved the rooftop pool, it was the main reason I booked this hotel! The room was very big and comfortable. I liked the location as well, it was nice to see sunset by the Raouche Rocks. After staying in Mar Mikhael for the previous week, it was nice to check out a new location. Unfortunately I was only there for one night, but I would stay here again

The reception desk were lovely At check in we had Ayman he was really helpful and got us settled in quickly The location is great also.

Sadly the rooftop bar was closed for refurbishment and the only open restaurant was the breakfast one. I look forward to coming back when all the restaurants/ bar in the hotel are open.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. What really stood out was the staff, everyone was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. A special mention to Ayman who was especially helpful and went out of his way to assist with anything I needed.

The property was great. Amira at re option was amazing. Her service is 5 star. Haven’t dealt with anyone who delivers outstanding service like her. Also the gentleman called Feres was so polite and great.

The property is a little outdated and needs a bit of a facelift.
