The staff are superb . Welcoming, polite and so helpful. The bedrooms are very comfortable and spotless. Situated a few minutes from Hamra street and shops and 15 min walk to coast. There is a lovely bar for an evening drink. We also felt extremely safe here. We were made to feel like family and will definitely return.

We opted for a simple breakfast (the tastiest Omlette I have ever had!) but the fuller buffet breakfast option is quite modest. Some more fruit would have been nice. And we opted to eat in lobby area as the main restaurant room was closed.

every thing was great and comfortable and the staff were very kind and friendly and the place is charming and clean, the location great and all facilities are near the hottel. I strongly recommend all my frienda and other people to stay at such amazing place.

there isnothing I didnt like. every single thing was fabioulous and fancy. the rooms are wide and the view is like a magic.

- Location - Bed comfiness - Hospitality of staffs - Integrity of the room service staff, once we forgot the mobile in the room, we returned to find it exactly in its place on the desk.

- Valet parking staffs are a little bit rude - We had to ask for the amenities, they weren't already in the room - Swimming pool is not kid friendly.

Great location, value for money, and continuous supply of electricity and air conditioning, which is a BIG thing in Lebanon’s current crisis.

The WiFi is reliable for a basic connection but sometimes doesn’t satisfy. Having said that, I was able to do some online work and it was fine.

Staff are very helpful. I booked a honeymoon trip to my nephew, and they upgrade their room to suite and they offer room decorations. Also, when they arrive, they mention that no bidet in the room. I have to message them, and on the spot, they send someone to add it to their toilet. Hotel is very accessible everywhere you can enjoy real beirut.
