The best aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the service provided by Mohamed at the reception. (Sirian guy) His excellent behaviour and professionalism are rare to find in Beirut. He arranged a taxi for the airport, accommodated my breakfast schedule, and addressed all my inquiries, questions or including how to request an Uber. Mohamed's service was exceptional, deserving a perfect score of 10 of 10. Additionally, the bed in the room was comfortable and met my needs perfectly. The location of the hotel it's very good in Beirut.

People in Lebanon smoke everywhere. (And of course in the restaurant of the hotel)... My room has a smell quite bad. Perhaps it's a little complicated to find the hotel if you are new in the city.

This place was excellent value for money, couldn’t fault it. Was warm, spacious, fluffy towels, and had everything I needed for my short & cheap stay. The staff were great too & let me store my baggage for the day while I was out, after checkout.

It’s down an alleyway which was a little bit intimidating for a solo female traveller.

Location was perfect, staff was friendly and cooperative.

WiFi service in the rooms can surely be improved as it is not at all stable, so one can't rely on it. Breakfast can also include more items or follow a weekly menu may be, quite boring to have the same items everyday.

Usaully waking up late time no breakfast after that time::: it's a good location for me as a single man heading for relaxing & to be alone for some times & this different from guest traveller visiting between

The hotel needs restoration. The walls were dirty and the toilets too. This can be easily solved. For the price, it is worth it.

The room is clean, tidy and quiet despite the hotel's location in the city center on Hamra Street. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful if you need anything. Definitely recommended 👍
