The room was spacious and well equipped with a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. The staff were helpful and gave us an adaptor to use to charge our phones. Breakfast was delivered hot to our rooms. We got flatbreads most mornings, which was great. Balcony was great, so each day could be started with coffee and a view of Hamera

The room could have been cleaner. It was dusty. The tv in the bedroom didn't work, not that there were English channels.

Stuffs were very helpful. And I like the washing machine and it comes with a dryer. And the coffees and teas.

Electricity. Please consider having a generator

Very nice stay with amazing, kind and professional Stuff. Manager Mousa really try everything that your stay like in 5 Star hotel, George is the Mr. Smile who solve problems and helps if any help needs for first steps in Lebanon like Sim-Card, best place for Exchange rates and keep you safe from scammers, other two security same professionals that you feel always safe in the Residence. They bring you every day mornings a new local breakfast, u can tell them when u want get your breakfast even at 12clock. Even Housekeeping are well educated which surprise when compare to other Arab country’s. They make you feel really at home, so kind people, even you know that economic crisis broke the people, they never shows their problems to you. The Apartment where I stayed was well equipped, good space and sparkling clean, European standard with really amazing high (5-6 meters?) ceiling height. Lebanon is different and one of the most underrated places I have seen. I can’t wait to come back soon, and hope that I gat an apartment which is almost full booked.

If you asking me, what is negative on the place, which is important for some people is: The most guest will love and recommend the place like me, but maybe if you have overweight the shower in my apartment may too small for you. Because of the Oil/Economy-crisis they have schedule for 3 x 1,5 h power cut off, which really didn’t effect me.

I did like the comfortability and the access to everything within minutes especially groceries and medication. A vatiety of restaurants nearby and plenty to chosse from. The parking is always available nearby the property. The staff are excesible even in the night and they are freindly.

The only problem of the location is the load of waiting because of the traffic. But anything els was prefekt.

The breakfast was good, but I liked the cheese one. Other wasn't that good for an Asian taste.

The WIFI was nearly terrible, it's very hard to do some work even scrolling videos. The weird thing was that the upload speed was around 11m/s, but the download speed was around 100k/s if I remember correctly. There could be some limit for speed. Even the midnight time was slow. You'll find it very hard to use, and it's my second time here, it does not seem to be improving.

Everything. Navigating the power/fuel crisis with resilience, they consistently maintained a very impressive power supply. Nestled on the vibrant Hamra Street, a hub of convenience, they not only welcomed us for a 2 am check-in but also surprised us with a delightful room upgrade. 🌟 Amidst challenges, their commitment to comfort shone brightly, making our stay truly exceptional.

Perhaps allowing guests to choose their breakfast could enhance the experience. Unfortunately, much of the breakfast went unconsumed, and it was disheartening to see it waste. 😔

The residence is new, clean, modern and spacious.

The stairs at the reception area aren't comfortable if you are having luggage, and the staffs aren't able to see you coming in order to help you. The reception experience itself is not the best, we had to wait to get a confirmation from the manager/owner on our booking. Also, we had to wait till the next day to get our room card. If you have a car, you will get stuck by a huge traffic during weekdays in the street where the residence is located.

The environment was super friendly. Loved the staff! And the fact that you could only enter the building via a keycard.. Practical location, so many places within walking distance.

There was no parking that belonged to the residence which made finding a spot hard. The wifi didn't work and was extremely slow after changing the router.
