We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff truly made our stay memorable – every single team member was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. They responded promptly to all our requests and often went the extra mile with a smile, delivering a true 5-star service. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. Some of the rooms have been recently renovated and look really good

there are a few small details in the rooms that could use some attention. While they don’t affect the overall comfort, refining these elements would truly elevate the room experience to match the exceptional service and bring it fully up to 5-star standards. The potential is definitely there.

We booked connected rooms. Everything was comfortable. Daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities. Friendly and helpful staff .. Big thanks to receptionists Mr Omar and Mr Samir for all their help and support. Lift available, electricity, hot/cold water all the time. The location is amazing near to all shops, restaurants, and near to Rouche and Manarah corniche. Safe area and recommended to families. Definitely will book with them again.

The housekeeping was great..Their supervisor is v nice. The location was the best ever. Close to everything. The rooms are comfortable. The receptionists were all v nice and helpful

Good basic hotel room. Bed was big and comfy, bathroom spacious and clean. AC worked well, elevator provided. Electricity cuts off at night but that's normal in Beirut due to government policy. In front of the hotel there is a great and affordable LOYAC cafe&resto that gives discount to guests staying in the hotel :)

Someone was smoking, and it makes me weak up and the smell was very bad, the staff said it a guest, I recommend not to have guest any more

The attitude of the staff and their support. The value for money. The wifi was good and the room was spacious. The location of the hotel makes it very easy to reach and many shops are located around it.

Due to the electricity issue in Lebanon, the hotel had a private generator that was turned on all the time, it was very good for the fact that there was no outage but the generator happened to be very noisy.

The room was clean and comfortable. the staff was pleasant and helpful. You could use a bit of modernizing the looks of the hotel and its rooms

The hotel is very good. I did not eat at the hotel. Location is excellent . Staff were all very good especially Huda.
