I wanted to take this opportunity to thank management & staff at the Grand Concerto Hotel for their utmost care, professionalism, and dedication to their Guests. Mr ayham, Mrs mona at reception, Mr mahmoud & Mohammed from domestic cleaning as well as the concierge Mr Abu Amjad whom all made me feel at home and a part of this wonderful family owned hotel. 24 hours of care,safety & assistance whenever needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be my go-to hotel when I visit next. Not to mention the wonderful location close to everything frim Hamra to Roucheh all within minutes of walking as well as its very reasonably priced. Honestly, it's one of the cleanest in the area.

Nothing i didn't like. I wish I had more time to stay longer.

The staff was very kind and helpful. It is very close to Hamra, around 5 mins walking. It is very comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed. I would recommend it.

The wifi network was not very good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Neat and tidy rooms with ample space. The location is close to Hamra, which is a great part of Beirut to explore because of all the bars, restaurants, and nightlife.

The hotel does not have electricity 24/7. But, this is because they have to give the diesel generators a break twice during a 24 hour period.

The location was very central. The downtown is within walking distance. The staff was helpful and the room service was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfy, and spacious.

The view is not so great from the rooms! The electricity sometimes cuts off during the night! But I think this is an issue for all of Lebanon. One of the light bulbs in my room could not be turned off! It seems it was connected to a different circuit from the other light bulbs in the room. I had to change it myself.

Close to al hamra , al rawcha , al manara , all facilities nearby. Warm staff, Set Maha and all reception staff very helpfull n charming , doormen Amo Abu Amjad , thank you for your sweet smile and kindness, the hotel cab n driver Mr Abu Mohamed , such a decent person , thanks for the complimentary tea ...highly recommended place , quiet area yet easy access to everywhere.

No kettle , no tea packs nor coffee , but i do understand the financial crisis .

Very friendly staff. Excellent communication - Maha was very friendly and professional and made me feel at home. The gentlemen behind reception were also excellent. Everyone was helpful. The location was excellent. They handled parking very well, were very accommodating with my car and I could always pick it up immediately.

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Very professional reception staff, very helpful, warm and very nice people, who always go above and beyond to assist their guests. A special thank you to Madame Maha who was very kind to arrange guided tours for us. Rooms are very spacious, immaculately clean and have everything you need. Drinking water and daily fresh towels are also provided. Great value for money too. Will definitely stay here again!
