I had a fantastic stay at the Riviera Hotel in Beirut. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with well-maintained rooms and public areas that made my stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. What really stood out was the location—absolutely perfect! Situated right by the Mediterranean Sea, it offered stunning views and easy access to the Corniche and some of Beirut’s best attractions. Whether you're there for business or leisure, the Riviera Hotel is an ideal choice. Highly recommended!

My stay was perfect more than expected, clean , comfortable and the sea view was nice. The most greatest staff i’ve ever seen they was so kind & helpful especially ali &may . Many thanks for ali from the check in time he was so welcoming and smiling and made my stay so good everytime i was asking for anything i got the help &answer in same time . The pool was on soft opening but i feel like its in a regular day cuz everything was great especially talla she is the most beautiful and kind girl i’ve ever know she was always around and understand me without asking . I highly recommend for 1000 times .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riviera hotel with a fantastic location and an exceptional staff. The overall experience was positive, with notable highlights such as the prime location, friendly staff, and a well-maintained, modern room offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and modern design, complete with a charming balcony that provided a perfect vantage point for enjoying the scenic beauty around. The proximity to various restaurants, the boardwalk, and coffee shops added convenience and made our stay even more enjoyable.

There was a notable downside to our otherwise pleasant stay. Our room had a connecting door to another room, which, while locked, did little to muffle the sounds from the adjacent space. This lack of sound insulation made us uncomfortable as we could hear conversations and activities from the neighboring room, and we couldn't help but wonder if they could hear us as well. In an effort to enhance privacy, it would be beneficial for the hotel to address this issue by improving the soundproofing of the doors between rooms. Ensuring that guests can enjoy a peaceful and private stay is crucial, and sealing these doors more effectively would go a long way in achieving that goal.

The rooms are big and spacious and clean, the staff is very helpful from the Valet Parking to reception... the location is on Manara so you can always enjoy a morning or evening run or walk by the sea, the bed is comfortable and the pool is nice

the internet is a bit slow but that is the case in all of Lebanon, but it has a VPN so if you are running apps or Banking websites that don't work on VPN, you need an alternative.

Very friendly and supportive staff. The hotel was generous to upgrade my room free of charge and accept my request for a late check out. The pool and sea access are a major charm of the hotel and really fun way to spend the day. The hotel has a spa and great massage. The beauty salon in the hotel is a plus for convenience.

The view from the (sea-view)room is breathtaking; we were newly weds and the staff was very helpful in accommodating us and the families in the best way possible despite many change requests. The pool area is very enjoyable as well.

The area is an incredibly good choice where the hotel is located! Cafes and restaurants are right next to it, the sea is right in front of it and I liked the idea of the underground tunnel a lot where it takes you to the swimming pool and the restaurant to have breakfast. It was such an amazing experience to be there! Not to forget they were very kind and understanding about my situation, they didn’t add up the %5 fee coz I didn’t have enough money on my card, talking about card.. I was very happy that they accept credit card as in a lot of places in Lebanon they don’t.. so it was a nice feeling! Also after explaining my situation to them they gave me back the money that they kept ahold coz I didn’t have anymore left with me and needed to buy dinner at least for my last day stay in Lebanon, for how understanding and nice they were about my situation I really appreciate it!

I know it’s the hotel’s policy but I found it a bit unnecessary that they keep ahold 100$ for your stay and give it back to you later. Also I feel like they could have done a bit more to the hotel room by adding a bit more decoration it would just feel a bit nicer.

Everytime i come to Beirut, it has to be Riviera Hotel, if i don't stay there if feel i haven't been to Beirut, close to everything, seaview, comfortable, friendly staff

Internet needs improvement, and alos the VPN used makes things harder as it shows i'm in France.
