I grew up in Beirut and have lived most of my life in Beirut, but even after relocating, I return often. Bliss3000 far exceeded any expectations I had. The manager, Mr. Fahad Shamoun, always responded promptly before my arrival, was welcoming and cordial upon my arrival making my settling in to the room extremely smooth. The facilities and amenities are all modern and in perfect working order. Often in Beirut, water pressure is low, but the shower was perfect. The cleanliness was not only when I entered, but is maintained daily. Whenever I have a need, the response is immediate. I plan to extend my stay because of the comfort level, hospitality, and location. I am steps away from AUB and from Hamra's main street. Any service I need that is beyond what is to be expected from a hotel, I can find within walking distance in Hamra. The rate for the room is amazingly low for Beirut. I cannot find one issue that has dampened my stay, on the contrary, it has been a pleasure to return to the hotel after a day of being outdoors. The room and bedding are comfortable and all my needs are met.

Staff was number one Specially Mr Amman Mohamad He was guiding us to go around in Beirut and did comparison shopping to reserve for us a Taxi ride to Airport Second was location Walkable to AUH,Hamra, Downtown and it was surrounded by excellent restaurants Third was the price unbeatable with 24 h AC and electricity Will return again

We liked everything, one suggestion is to make the parking free of charge for house guests.

The reception desk employees were very kind and helpful and funny, I received a help to carry on my suitcaseses to my rooms door, there was AC in appartment and this is the most important thing because I was there in Aug 2021 - around 30 degrees 24h/7 :) I had electricity all the time but I have hear that others hotels they have some limits with electricity for their guests (even better hotels than this one). I ordered a transfer to airport via reception desk and once I checked out from hotel reception employee ask me to wait a little because he wanted to double check my room if I do not forgot about something important from my room. It was realy nice and carreful. I received an upgrade to a better room for free and there was no problem with extending my stay for one night even though my room was originally booked by someone else. It was also very nice.

There was a problem with TV but I didn't ask the reception to repair it, there was a problem with water leaking from the refrigerator but it was fixed immediately. In my opinion it would be nice to buy new furnitures like kitchen unit and side table. Hotel restaurant was the hotel restaurant was under renovation and breakfast was delivered to the room - this is acctually neutral information. What I didn't like that there was no extra towel for floor when you are leaving the shower the floor was wet.

Everything was really good, maybe the room was a bit small, but other than that everything was perfect.

Staff are nice and very helpful. Location close to Faisal snack 24/7 and other restaurants in Bliss Street.In addition, near to Hamra, so you can walk.
