We had a fantastic experience at the Mozart Hotel. For the price, we felt we received exceptional value. Our room was spotlessly clean, surprisingly spacious, and felt very modern with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The common areas were inviting and well-kept, reflecting a contemporary aesthetic. The staff were professional, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile, which truly enhanced our stay. We also appreciated that while in the city, the coast and beaches were easily accessible. Highly recommend Mozart Hotel for a comfortable, modern, and well-priced stay in a great part of the city with easy access to the seaside.

Hotel Mozart was a delightful place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My room was clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beirut is in a bad way with electricity depending more on generators than anything else, and under the circumstances the hotel managed well, providing power for rooms, and lifts at most times and whenever really needed. And hot water. Staff friendly and honest -- returning inadvertent excess payment for example.

Should have provided drinking water in rooms instead of having to ask for ) and buy it. Environment pretty noisy -- due probably to everyone using generators. No smoking control in public areas.

One of the best staff, especially the receptionist Mariana, in her beautiful style and appearance. As for my visit to the hotel, it was very beautiful. The breakfast is amazing, 10 out of 10.👍👍

The location in hamra area is perfect, people are very helpful and they have good manners .

Wifi is very bad in the hotel , i think its a country issue but its critical , rooms are clean but not super clean , room service is somehow in a slow service. They didn’t put napkins in the room .

Room is small but cozy. Location is perfect . I didn't try the breakfast, I was eating outside. Overall it was really great experience and will come back to Mozart hotel.

Location and safety . U can put ur items in the safety box and really it was very safe. Location in the heart of Hamra street, near to chornich and pigeon rock.

The staff was overwhelmingly kind. Tueir kindness and hospitality was outstanding.

Its about Lebanon not the hotel. The internet and electricity are horrible. The motel has nothing to do with electricity outages even using generators, they still have problems with fuel dilevery. The country as a whole is in turmoil.

The room was amazing and the whole staff was friendly and helpful especially Ms.Merai I would very much like to go back there 😌👍
