This hotel is the definition of Amazing, the team were incredibly helpful and provide a first class service. We loved everything about this hotel and definitely will be returning back again. The hotel have super quality of service ,cleanliness ,huge room size ,amazing tasty breakfast ,the location is walkable to Hamra street in a good area and The free Valet service is prestigious and incredible. The staff there is lovely , once I confirmed my reservation I received a call from Mr. Mohamed welcoming and greeting me for my booking. Maamoun met us in the reception for welcome and  good recommendations as well as  the friendly talks during our stay that made me feel that I will miss a friend when I was checking out. Youssef supported us during our stay in all possible aspects. Absolutely 10/10 – A flawless stay at Elsheikh Suites Hotel in Lebanon, Al Hamra! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a special experience. Elsheikh Suites exceeded all expectations in every possible way – comfort, cleanliness, location, hospitality, and service. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with modern touches that still manage to feel warm and welcoming. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and everything you could possibly need is available at your fingertips. But what truly sets this hotel apart – and I cannot stress this enough – are the two exceptional receptionists: Joanna and Layal. I have stayed at countless hotels around the world, but never have I encountered receptionists as outstanding as these two. They are the beating heart of this hotel. Special thanks to Beshara at the reception who surprised us by upgrading our room into a beautiful suite. Mohammed & Fatin again from the reception : ) refused to make us pay for one-day breakfast at their beautiful restaurant! I highly recommend this beautiful hotel with its amazing staff and special location that is close to almost everywhere. You can easily walk to most of the nearby attractions as well as find nice places for food and shopping without having to rent a cab.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Its perfect location made it close to everything we needed, and despite booking without breakfast, we found great dining options nearby. The amenities were top-notch and well-maintained, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, making it a 10/10 experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Everything was perfect. Staff and manager are so professional and helpful. First of all, I was contacted before my arrival by the hotel to check on us and see whether we had a ride to pick us up from the airport or not. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and upgraded to a suite instead of a room. It was spacious and comfy and had everything we needed. My birthday happened to be one of the days of my stay, I was surprised with a beautiful note and complimentary cake and fruits, a generous gesture that really completed my day. Special thanks to Mr. Bcharra, Mr. Maamoun, and Mr. Mohammed that always do everything they can to make the guest as comfortable and satisfied as possible.

I would like to thank the hotel for the excellent service and great flexibility. I had added breakfast to my reservation, and since I was fasting, they allowed me to replace breakfast with a Suhoor meal, which was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. The food was delicious and carefully prepared. Many thanks to the staff for their attention and the comfort they provided during my stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again

Everything is wonderful and the most amazing thing is that they have electricity 24 hours a day... The hotel is very clean and its services are excellent and all the staff in the hotel are so nice that you feel as if you are in your second home……I would like to thank the hotel management and the entire staff.. especially the customer service.. Danny, Mustafa, Shadi, and the cleaning girl Pato. Thank you. You made me feel like I was with my family♥️

Everything was good and well prepared for us, staff was very friendly. The driver indicated by the hotel, Khaled, was the best driver we had, showing us the country and the city. I highly recommend it. As a Brazilian, I felt at home.

Everything was great, one point is the power cuts but as the have a system in place, generators, once they have a power cut, in minutes, 2, 3 min the electricity is back.

The rooms are spatious with confy beds, clean, wifi is very good, the staff is very helpful - thank you mr.Bechara. We also got a complimentary breakfast. They also offer an airport transport and free parking in their garage which is a big plus. The location is great.

The bathrooms need an update, showers are in a bit bad shape. Breakfast is very basic with minimal selection, I am happy I got to try it free of extra chagre, because I would not pay extra for it.
