This hotel is the definition of Amazing, the team were incredibly helpful and provide a first class service. We loved everything about this hotel and definitely will be returning back again. The hotel have super quality of service ,cleanliness ,huge room size ,amazing tasty breakfast ,the location is walkable to Hamra street in a good area and The free Valet service is prestigious and incredible. The staff there is lovely , once I confirmed my reservation I received a call from Mr. Mohamed welcoming and greeting me for my booking. Maamoun met us in the reception for welcome and  good recommendations as well as  the friendly talks during our stay that made me feel that I will miss a friend when I was checking out. Youssef supported us during our stay in all possible aspects. The superstar Majed will made our stay feels like home, Special thanks for Mr. Ali Mohsen the hotel sales manager and Faten for upgrading our stay and their focus on the details that made us feel relaxed and for the lovely chosen room.

The location is perfect and it feels like home the suit I stayed at had a decoration that made it feel like home.

I am a frequent client and I always stay at El Sheikh Suit I would like if you can work better at the hotel Wifi, room keys not working from first attempt, the communication between all reception staff. For example I added an extra night and informed Mohammad at the reception desk I kept receiving phone calls to my room waking me up just to make sure I was staying an extra night which I didn’t really like.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible experience I had during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone I interacted with, esp the front desk team ,the room was spotless and beautiful arranged cozy , clean and relax . The staff is friendly ,serve you with a smile and efficient . The hotel is very clean . Its a good location so its easy to move around. One of the gentleman from the hotel gave excellent service.... Out of his good will he always asked the uber driver if he understood where we want to go or if he had any questions for us to break the communication barrier. His service was a beautiful surpise and we felt welcomed . Love :MsMuhlez

The wifi was slow which i understood because they sometimes used generator . I am a writer so it was a challenge to write.

Elsheikh Suites exceeded all expectations in every possible way – comfort, cleanliness, location, hospitality, and service. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and everything you could possibly need is available at your fingertips. I have stayed at countless hotels around the world, but never have I encountered receptionists as outstanding as these two. They are the beating heart of this hotel. Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great — there are many places to eat and walk around nearby. I especially want to highlight the amazing front desk staff — Mhmd and Layal were absolutely wonderful. They helped us with anything we needed, were always kind and friendly, and gave us great recommendations about the city. Their support made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were kind to adjust our bed setting from 2 single beds to one double bed as I wasnt able to do so through the online booking. The room and toilet were clean. There is a parking under the building for the hotel and the guy there was very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is in the middle of Hamra and a close walking distance to bliss street, many restaurants, fast food chains and supermarkets near by. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff kindly upgraded our room upon check-in, which was a lovely gesture. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The team was always friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better—just a couple of minutes’ walk to Hamra Street with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Having free parking in such a busy area was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!
