Location was great surprise every time I walked out on the balconies by my opinion the best location in Lebanon The food was 5 star every meal and I had the honour of meeting the head chef Bahig and he was very welcoming and humble The valet parking was on point every time and the rooms were always clean

The bathroom showed some signs of ageing but would still manage a 5 star rating

The staff is super helpful, the service beyond my expectations, the handlers all my requests in a professional & welcoming approach & I would like to stress that Ruba from the front desk & all front desk staff was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Lebanon, I’m happy with how high end service I’ve been provided from the front desk & hotel staff in general. Thank you

From arriving to leaving, the team was just awesome. I would, however, like to single out Elias on the front desk for upgrading my room to anther one with a balcony facing the Raouche which made my stay even more remarkable. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was amazing and bed was comfortable. Thanks for the wounderful stay. I will use it again upon my return to Lebanon.

They were always available to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. I must commend Elias, the recipient at Rotana Hotel, for his exceptional service. He exemplified professionalism and courtesy at all times. Elias was attentive, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Smoking smell in the room even it’s none smoking room

everything was perfect! especially the staff I have deal with FARID and ROUBA they were so friendly and cooperative , the location fabouls ! the view was exceptional , the housekeeping staff , and all facilities it was one of my best hotel experiences in Beirut , I highly recommend it !

The view was fabulous with a modern clean room; the staff (Ruba, Razan, Farid, and Sally) was great, cooperative, and welcoming as well. Location was more than perfect, near to all Beirut sightings.

booked rotana arjaan 3 times during my stay in lebanon. the service was amazing. the staff were always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure we were comfortable. shout out to elias at the front he was amazing and ensured we were always looked after. everyone else was helpful and welcoming. could not fault the hotel. definately would book again
