I recently stayed at Lancaster Bay and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the team at Reception provided outstanding service — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. My room was excellent: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The excellent service continued upstairs at the restaurant, where the staff were attentive and made every meal a pleasure. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lancaster Bay to anyone looking for a top-quality stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. Overall, my experience at the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. I will certainly be staying here again on my next trip!

The beach in front had so much rubbish on it. Please clean it at least in front of the hotel.

The view was nice from the room and food that I ordered was also very good. The staff were amazing, very attentive with top notch customer service. The beach area was nice and I would ignore any reviews about the sea being dirty, if the see has litter all the sea has it and not specific to this hotel . The pool area was so relaxing with a touch of coolness.

Any request from your room took very long and always having to chase up. The water was not running one day but as soon as I called reception it was sorted immediately.

We have booked 2 rooms, one sea view and the other was not. While checking in they said that they didn't have any sea view rooms available and they offered us an "upgrade" to a suit with a partial sea view. After an argument, they had not 1, but 2 sea view rooms available. +++ the beach is not very ready for comers

It is nice to be out of the bustle of the city and have a full view of the sea and sky. The rooms are very nice, modern and well-equipped. The breakfast is listed on booking.com as 'continental', but it is an impressive buffet of anything one could possibly wish to eat. The staff was helpful. The free airport shuttle makes things easy. The pool is lovely and well maintained. The sushi at the resto-bar was top-notch. I appreciate what it takes to offer the services given the current crisis, e.g., no power cuts and only a few hours without wifi during an 8-day stay.

The resto-bar plays music (of course) so you may wish to ask for a quiet room if you are a light sleeper, so you don't get a room facing that side of the hotel.

+ The hospitality from the second we arrived until check out was exceptional. + Since they found out it was our anniversary we were getting pampered! + Upon arrival we were greeted with a mirror glaze chocolate mousse cake and got a free room upgrade! + The room was very spacious and the view of nothing but the beach is on another level of wow! + Breakfast was beyond perfection!! YUM + Super cozy bed and pillows

the only drawback that was very apparent is the room service, extremely slow they take 1 hour to get me water and the other day they totally forgot my order and I had to ask for it after another hour saying that they forgot. should have way more better room service for the price you pay..!
