The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of Zeitouna Bay — one of the most popular spots in Beirut — as well as the vibrant Downtown area, full of stylish shops, trendy bars, and excellent restaurants. If you're looking for a different vibe, Hamra — the lively, more traditional heart of the city — is just a 5-minute taxi ride away, with countless cafes, bars, and local eateries. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. Just around the corner, you’ll find everything you need: supermarkets, barbers, laundry services — all open late and available every day of the week. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with anything. For the price, this hotel truly offers unbeatable value. Highly recommended!

I had the chance to be on an upper floor, something wich I recommend to anyone staying here as the road in front is quite busy. The windows are well isolated, but I suspect that on the lower floors there might be some noice to be perceived.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent visit to Beirut and had a very good experience. The most important thing for me when booking a hotel is cleanliness, and both the hotel and the room were very clean, which I truly appreciated. Another positive point is that the hotel did not charge any additional fees beyond what was shown on Booking.com. I also noticed that the security level at the hotel was high, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is also excellent — it’s close to most major spots in Beirut, which made getting around the city very convenient.

On the downside, as expected in a busy capital city, the area can be crowded at times, and there was some occasional noise from outside. However, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t significantly affect my stay.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, everything is walking distance like Pigeon Rock along the corniche, Hamra and Zaytouna Bay. The staff are so friendly and welcomed us every time we entered the hotel with big smiles. They also looked out for us. The porter by the door arranged a taxi for us to travel up to Byblos the day before we needed it and gave us recommendations on where to go. The room itself was huge with 2 sofas and a very comfy bed. It was excellently cleaned and had so many amenities such as bath robes, slippers, conditioner, moisturiser, shampoo, body wash, loofas, dental kits and hygiene set. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was amazing, with huge portions, a variety of food, and tasty, the location is perfect close to everything, the parking underground and you can self-park as well is a plus for me. The staff are really nice and helpful. the hotel is very clean and you can tell by the way the tea kettle is cleaned the value for money is incredible

The internet was a bit slow, the room next door was a bit noisy, and very small lounge area and Bar but then again the price is even less than what you get, i will consider Beverly again

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were amazing always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. From the warm welcome at check-in to their helpful tips on local spots, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I can’t wait to return!

Considering the currect situation in Beirut, this was an excellent hotel. As there's hardly any electricity from the government, the hotel has its own 2 generators. They do fall out a view times a day, but get on real quick - it didn't bother us at all. The guys at the reception are very friendly and helpfull. Our room 206 was nice. Good beds, though pillows a bit fluffy. Bathroom is small but convenient, shower is very nice. Breakfast is Lebanese and will be delivered to your room (dont know why). ' Location is also excellent, very close to Zaitunay Bay. Next door is a money change store, which you need as ATM's most of the time don't work. Supermarkets and other shops are at the same street. Be aware of current situation in Lebanon. Let it not withold you from visiting though, as the country is beautiful, and the people very nice, and they need the income (cash money, preferrably) from tourists.

Bring cash money, USD or EUR, as you probably won't get any money from the ATM's. You can exchange it for Lebanese pounds at exchange offices (next door to the hotel). There is a plumbing issue, causing the toilet make a hell of a noise. Bit annoying, if your neighbor flushes in the middle of the night... Reported it to the desk, they will take care of that. For that reason, I give a 9 instead of a 10.

Simply put, the service was amazing. The staff were beyond exceptional, particularly Rowwad in Reception and the busboys. Room service for drinks and ice was great, and the prices were quite reasonable. The location is great, close to the airport and the highway for those who will get out of the city, yet within 10-15 min walk to the famous neighborhoods. Highly recommend the place.

Room service was limited to drinks as there is no kitchen, they only serve breakfast in the room. However tbh, with Lebanese cuisine two steps away who cares for hotel food? Additionally, the reception informed us that we can order from anywhere with their assistance or they can send a runner to get us food from nearby.
