The hotel location was excellent, just a short walk from the food street and downtown. The room was comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 2 people at its best. Breakfast was good, with a few selections that still offered enough variety to satisfy one needs. The breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and courteous.

Not sure If I have anything noticed, all went well from arrival until departure.

Staff were very helpful & friendly, specially the guest relations person Ms. Nour, who helped a lot in reserving all tours around the city, thanks to her, breakfast is excellent, room is very clean, quiet & big, housekeeping is perfect, location is good, city is beautiful but expensive, lots of great sightseeing, people are so friendly

Toilet without washer, All amenities including sleeper and bathrobe were for single even though our booking was clearly for double, I am sure if we asked they will provide, but obviously things should be ready without so many calls and requests,

We loved the location its right in the middle of Beirut’s downtown town. Close to everything! The room was spacious and clean, and the Air Conditioning was very good in such a humid and hot weather if August in Beirut. We will definitely come back to this hotel as it was great value for money for a beautiful location.

If im honest the breakfast was a little lacking but nothing to be sour about. The served some pastries and some warm scrambled eggs with some cold cuts which were more than enough. One more minor discomfort was that we actually checked in very late at around midnights so when we requested a late checkout at 2pm the receptionist wouldn’t accommodate it even though she was very nice and polite but still it would have been a great gesture if they took into consideration our very late check in.

The location is extremely central and convenient, but the real success at the Saifi Suites were the extreme helpfulness of the staff, who absolutely went out of their way at every turn to be helpful even for personalised tasks like helping book complicated taxi rides or trying to change flights. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with was beyond helpful and exceptionally friendly at every opportunity. If you are travelling for business, this place will make sure everything goes smoothly.

There is very little to dislike about this hotel, and anything that might be an issue comes from the nationwide issues with infrastructure not the hotel itself.

Excellent location, spotless cleanliness, friendly and efficient front desk, and convenient parking service.

Room service (222) were very slow and they come with an unpleasant cigarette smell since we asked for extra pillows.

The superior room was very comfortable with two cooking hobs, a microwave, small fridge, and kitchware. Staff was available 24/7 and were happy to assist when asked. Room service was very efficient. Location was fantastic, with a small store (of petrol station) round the corner.

Hall carpeting and room floors were not very clean. Breakfast plates/bowls/tableware were not replenished efficiently. Staff at entrance door did not acknowledge guests entering/ help open the door even when with a pushchair.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. The hotel felt like an oasis in the middle of the busy and loud city. Nice large bathroom. Good wifi. There was an issue with my door and someone came up to fix it within five minutes.

Television would turn off after 20 min and wouldn't turn back on until the following day but I don't really watch TV so it didn't bother me.

I liked the warmth and helpfulness of the staff (abdo momsplaining I should take a snack to my appointment and that I can pack my breakfast for later 🥰) I also liked the room itself and the view from my room

I didn't ask for alternatives, but from what I got, the quality of the pillows can be improved The hotel has Nestlé products in the minibar
