I would like to express my appreciation for my recent stay at the hotel. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a fantastic location in the heart of downtown Beirut. It offers convenient access from two different streets, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, particularly Nagham and Elie, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to understand our late flight needs by providing us with a late check-out option. Additionally, the bellboy in the checkout time kindly offered to double check the room again, ensuring we don't forget anythings . This level of service is rare and truly commendable. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut.

I would like to share my feedback. Upon check-in, I arrived from Faraya and found the journey to be quite tiring due to heavy traffic. I was expecting a complimentary bottle of water, as is customary in many hotels, but I later discovered that the water provided was chargeable. This was disappointing, especially since I consumed it without being informed of the charge. Additionally, I expected a warm welcome and a complimentary drink, as is often standard in hospitality settings. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my stay. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

Everything was excellent, The new room, service, reception was so nice and since I have been talking to all my friends about my great experience. Will definitely stay again.

I was disappointed that the SPA was not open yet, especially that it was not mentioned on any website. I had to book the SPA across the street at Phenicia Hotel, not to mention was very hard and dangerous to cross the street. The food and presentation with room service was sadly below average. The breakfast was good, that said it could use a little more imagination or inspiration. For me Breakfast is essential and in some cases will make me a difference in where I stay. Overall it was great and will love to come back with hopefully changes made. Best of luck!

I had the pleasure to stay at Voco Beirut , I cannot recommend it highly enough! from the moment I arrived the experience was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, my room was spotless , which made me feel comfortable and at ease. it's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a clean environment , which is so important for any traveler. Equally impressive was the level of service I received throughout my stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. always ready to assist with a warm smile, it is the kind of service that truly makes a hotel stand out. lastly , the location of Voco couldn't be better , situated in the heart of Downtown Beirut , it was perfect for exploring local attractions, dining options and entertainment venues . I was able to walk to many interesting sights, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing at all

The hotel is very clean and new. The staff were really friendly specially Amina in front disc..she was technically always there day and night with her beautiful smile helping her guests. The hotel facilities were not all opened yet but i really liked it

Rooms were slightly small. Breakfast can be better. The rooms needs some final touches to look better,for example some wires for hidden lights were visible also some silly mistake were there (for example instead of hand cream in the wc there was hand soap)😁

Perfect Location. Beautiful Interior and view.

We changed our room due to extending our visit, the first room was perfect but the other room which was one floor higher smelled cigarette and men perfume they put room refresher, didn’t help. the smell stayed till we left this was annoying. Also room service took long time sometimes they even forgot to send someone.

My stay at voco Hotel was exceptional. The property was impeccably clean and offered a calm, relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality—from the reception to the doormen, security, and room service. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s location was also perfect, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay

The location and the rooms are new

I booked a king-size bed, but they joined twin beds, and there is space in the middle not comfortable. The rooms are not isolated. You can hear voices from everywhere. Even in the corridor

This was our second stay at Voco, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Modern room, comfortable bed, smart TV, excellent location

Hotel restaurant food was okay, housekeeping needs to focus as they make a lot of mistakes (refilling wrong coffee, forgetting water, etc..), shower was leaking water.

The staff were amazing, the location is perfect 👍

I had to ask for a tooth brush a couple of times but other than that it was an excellent hotel
