The location of the hotel was INCREDIBLE! Extremely clean and updated hotel with a beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. The staff here are incredibly helpful and nice. They made sure I had everything I needed and made it that much more of a comfortable stay! I would like to acknowledge one of the employees, Mohammad. Thank you so much for your help and positive attitude! Your kindness and hard work does not go unnoticed!

I wish this hotel had a gym of some sort! With all of the delicious surrounding food, it would be nice to burn off the calories :p

Good location, quiet side street. Clean room, although a bit smaller than anticipated (around 20 sqm, not 40 sqm as stated), but absolutely fine. Very kind staff, prompt room service. The bed was super comfortable, best mattress I have ever slept on. Room equipment was nice

The plughole on the floor in the bathroom was rusty, as well as the toilet brush holder, which is not ok for a 4 star. Probably because water was often overflown from the shower. The taxi booked via the hotel to the airport was 2x the normal price.

This is one of the best and most convenient hotels i have been to, located perfectly in Beirut around key areas with a very safe and nice surrouding. The staff are very friendly and professional and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for travelers who are all about convenience and smart choices :)

Spacious, cozy and modern room with a separate lounge space. Beds and bed linen are good, wardrobe is capacious with a safe inside. Location is good for museum visiting, but to get the famous sights is not easy on foot, a taxi is needed.

The water drain is probably blocked and the water floods the bathroom. No proper ventilation in the bathroom.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel de Ville. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff was just beyond amazing. Some of the best service I have ever recieved. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The hotel is in an excellent location close to everything. They upgraded us free of charge. The hotel is super clean. I love this hotel and will definitely come back. The value for money is just amazing.

The food at the hotel was not that good. It was mediocre at best. Also the bar was not open.

the AC was not working for couple of nights and was told it was cause it was winter season. But at least the fan should be working for air circulation as it wasn’t comfortable to sleep with the windows open.

I was surprised to be upgraded to the executive suite. It is well designed and furnished. High floor, Nice views. The hotel is modern and located just 100m off a busy street. So it's both central and quiet. I stayed there for 2 weeks.

The cleaning service certainly needs more attention as their work was very sloppy. The bed is made, the trash cleared and the bathroom cleaned everyday. However, dusting and vacuuming is sometimes done after 3 or 4 days. Towels are not replenished according to the 5 piece set everyday. Sometimes it's just 3 pieces which is not enough for me and my partner.

This is a proper institution. The room is spacious, airy, bright, clean. The furniture is in good condition, clean, comfortable. The bed and linen are of luxurious quality. The bathroom is clean and the towels is of decent quality. This shows clearly that the management had a clear strategy of the product they are offering and the benefit it delivers.

Flowers and fruits in the room add a warm welcome feeling. Plants in the hotel add life. A Water feature brings serenity. Hope for a better economy for Lebanon brings us all together.

A good Hotel, very friendly staff and very helpful. Raouf the Hotel Manager called personally to check on us. Ibrahim, Mohamed, Sally and Dana were all outstanding. They exceeded our expectations. Bed and Bed Linens were very comfortable. I'd recommend the Hotel for anyone looking for comfort and quietness. Location gives you easy access to so many areas. I would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel can benefit from some kind of renovation and some improvement on Housekeeping.
