1- proximity to all Beirut areas so you access easily all services. 2- the rate was convenient 3- the staff were very polite customer oriented and friendly I name Mohamad, Omar , Serena, Ahmed, and Mousa without order of priority being from day and night shifts. 4- breakfast is very Lebanese and service great.

1- the parking underground is narrow to access but the staff offered to get my car ( thanks!). 2- the view gives on the USJ building ( university) and the back view gives on local streets and buildings.

They were fully competent in serving, satisfying, and assisting customers. Nothing is bad

The location of the hotel was INCREDIBLE! Extremely clean and updated hotel with a beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. The staff here are incredibly helpful and nice. They made sure I had everything I needed and made it that much more of a comfortable stay! I would like to acknowledge one of the employees, Mohammad. Thank you so much for your help and positive attitude! Your kindness and hard work does not go unnoticed!

I wish this hotel had a gym of some sort! With all of the delicious surrounding food, it would be nice to burn off the calories :p

The Staff are very friendly and very helpful, the room was ready before our arrival, we had a small issue when we arrived, but it was resolved immediately, the room was very very quite and very comfy,

Pillows: only 1 pair of very soft pillows, I like medium pillows, the location is somehow hard, where it's in internal street and not on main street,

Good location, quiet side street. Clean room, although a bit smaller than anticipated (around 20 sqm, not 40 sqm as stated), but absolutely fine. Very kind staff, prompt room service. The bed was super comfortable, best mattress I have ever slept on. Room equipment was nice

The plughole on the floor in the bathroom was rusty, as well as the toilet brush holder, which is not ok for a 4 star. Probably because water was often overflown from the shower. The taxi booked via the hotel to the airport was 2x the normal price.

This is one of the best and most convenient hotels i have been to, located perfectly in Beirut around key areas with a very safe and nice surrouding. The staff are very friendly and professional and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended for travelers who are all about convenience and smart choices :)

It’s central, I grew up in the area so it brings lots of memories and the staff are amazing, friendly with beautiful smiles.

The internet connection not so great and the TV channels didn’t work.

We arrived to the hotel late evening, the staff welcomed us so warm and upgraded our room for free. The room was junior suite, spacious and perfect view from the balcony. Anything we ask for, we got provided fast. Enjoyed our stay.

The location is a bit far from the main sights, better to book if you have car.
