Our stay at Al Habtoor Beirut was nothing short of exceptional! My family and I spent 7 wonderful days surrounded by comfort, warmth, and high-quality service. From the very beginning, the Guest Services team, especially Ms. Eveline, made us feel truly welcome. The Concierge gentlemen were outstanding always greeting us with a smile whenever we entered or left the hotel, which added a personal and elegant touch to our experience. The pool area was a highlight for my kids, they had an absolute blast! Meanwhile, I personally enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped gym, which features top-notch machines and a motivating atmosphere. It felt like everything was designed to ensure guests of all ages had a perfect stay. If you’re looking for a memorable family getaway filled with genuine hospitality, comfort, and luxury, Al Habtoor Beirut is the place to be. The balcony is quite spacious, but the chairs in the balcony were not very comfortable! The management may consider adding more comfortable chairs in the future. The TV system could probably be enhanced as many channels were not available! Some room service employees could probably be provided with more training, and the headcount may need to be increased to accommodate for the increase in guests.

The hotel is truly a five-star experience in every sense. From the very beginning, the check-in process set the tone for our stay, thanks to Manuella, who exemplified what it means to be a gracious and attentive host. Every detail throughout our stay reflected excellence—our room was amazing, the staff were exceptionally responsive and available within seconds whenever we needed assistance, and the overall comfort, combined with stunning views and outstanding facilities, created a flawless experience. This stay not only reinforced how memorable our previous visits had been but also cemented this hotel as our first choice whenever we come to Beirut. Beyond that, it has made the brand a priority for us wherever we travel. I would like to extend special recognition and heartfelt thanks to Manuella, without whom this experience would not have been the same. She is the primary reason behind the positive memories we take with us. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication to guests make her a true role model—She turned our stay from excellent into truly exceptional.

The staff were amazing and super friendly. Especially Manuella a true gem and amazing person. Very accomdating and friendly. The old guy that works in the cafe (forgot his name) at the lobby is amazing a gentlman from the golden ages of Lebanon. The staff can truelly teach the world about Hospitality

Needs Renovation, the hotel is living off the energy of its staff, the place is run down and old and needs alot of work. Its a 5 star hotel in the 80s but we are in 2025. The mall next to it is closed and hotel is far from everything

I felt truly at home. I found an exceptional, well-organized team, always ready to help. The location is excellent. Parking is very good. Interior design is amazing, Food is delicious and the service is impeccable. Pool is clean. Massage is incredible. Thanks to the team, I traveled peacefully from the airport to the accommodation and from the accommodation back to the airport. I also traveled comfortably from the accommodation to an incredible event where I saw how wonderful the Lebanese people are. Also, thanks to the Al Habtoor team, I had an incredible trip to the Lebanon Mountains, to the Cedars of God Forest Reserve. The location is perfect, offering easy access to everything I needed, and the surroundings are beautiful and relaxing. The food was delicious with a variety of options to satisfy every taste, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable stay. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Manuella at reception truly went above and beyond, treating me as though I were a guest in her own home. A particularly thoughtful gesture was when she shared her personal breakfast—a delicious Lebanese za’atar sandwich—with me. Her kindness made my stay even more memorable.

the central heater in the room was quite hot, and since it can’t be adjusted individually, it would be great if the temperature could be regulated to make it more comfortable. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect, or to be more precise everything was made perfect. Sara, the guest relations manager made sure I was more than comfortable after I complained about a small thing in the room. I was upgraded to a suit, called personally from the GM and the staff made sure every day that I was satisfied with my stay. I’m a platinum member in many hotel chains, and I honestly never received such a royal treatment from any of them. Mind you, it was my first but surely not my last stay in this property. 5 stars indeed.
