I had a convention in Kaslik so we have reservations at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. They provided great customer service, and it was obvious they were committed to making our stay comfortable. They gave us access to their conference room to meet and prepare for our convention. Their conference was equipped with all the equipment you might need. The rooms were also spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. Not to mention that the hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, providing easy access to everything.

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The high ceilings, large corridors, historic paintings, comfortable room, right temperature, reliable wifi and hot showers The View of the sea from our bedroom balcony was refreshing every morning. The staff were very courteous, responsive and helpful.

I had a great 4-night stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, the staff were absolutely adorable and incredibly helpful throughout. The location is also excellent — just 7 minutes by car from the beach. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

I haven’t been to Lebanon since 2022 and I was very skeptical about my trip but this hotel is everything. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. They welcomed me by offering free coffee as they took my luggage to the room. The room was very beautiful and neat. It was supplied with everything I needed for my stay! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. I wish my stay was longer!

Actually I like the place , the service , the staff.. Everything is perfect , I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good time and enjoy the holiday.
