We stayed at Ricky's for several nights in the two-bedroom apartment and had a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and always willing to help—they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their warm and thoughtful service made our stay feel extra special. A special thanks to Ricky, the owner, who was always responsive and attentive, as well as to Lyn and Walid, who were incredibly helpful with all our needs. As Ricky said, “You check in as customers and check out as friends,” and that’s exactly how we felt. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ricky’s to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Overall, everything was wonderful. If I had to mention anything, the Wi-Fi speed could be improved — but these are very small points compared to the excellent experience.

The staff were extremly understanding and flexible, it almost felt like home. There is a family shop right in front of the hotel with exceptionally frindly people, we have all made friends with them. If i am going to Lebanon again i am defenatly staying there.

Fixtures are a bit dated but still adequate

The rooms are spacious and relatively new. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable but the way that the two single beds were stuck together to make one huge bed should be done better perhaps with more bedding and thicker sheets so that the hole in the middle part between the beds doesn’t bother us while sleeping. The area is quiet and the staff is accommodating.

A towel should be provided for the kitchen and there should be more than just one toilet paper roll provided for a stay of two nights. The staff did provide after we requested it. The cleaning lady didn’t clean our room because she was sick and had to go home, but there should be another option provided in such a case. There is no breakfast provided so the price per night is somewhat expensive considering the economic situation of the country.

We received a free room upgrade which was fantastic with outstanding views of the snow covered mountains! it is in a very good location in the heart of mount Lebanon with good proximity to Beirut, the mountains etc. Staff were friendly and communicated with us very well from time of booking all the way to check out.
