Breakfast is amazing and location is outstanding

The access card has to be recharged at the reception nearly on daily basis and also one time the room lock was not working at all so they changed it and then at night I couldn't get inside the room and had to wait for around one hour since their IT manager didn't program the lock and then they had to shift me to another room and had to pack all my bags again and the new room was near the generator so it was very noisy. Other than this issue everything is great especially the reception staff and the restaurant staff all are professional welcoming and very helpful.

If u love food u must come it is amazing the hot water system is endless there's so much to do here It's probably the best hotel in lebanon it has 24hour electricity Super clean the staff are amazing the activities are endless

Very friendly staff, decent amenities in the room including robe and slippers, comfortable beds, spacious room and balcony, and there was a welcome plate with fruits which was cute. Breakfast was decent (3.5/5)

You can hear activities from outside, so it's not very quiet. The hotel feels a bit dated. The spa isn't open all day and the staff there was a bit unprofessional (chewing gum when speaking with you, it was strange).

Friendly Staff, good Location, internet + Room size. Room equipment including facilities in the bathroom. Breakfast was good + indoor & outdoor pools, kids enjoyed a lot.

The room 108 was too close to the generator, cannot use balcony due to heavy sound coming from the generators.

Staff are very friendly, breakfast was good. Late check out was accepted. Location + hotel facility like pool & kids play area.

Wifi poor to bedroom.

From reception to all around, staff are friendly and helpful. Room is big enough, clean, pool view, wifi connection good. We tried breakfast & Lunch, food is good plus dessert with acceptable value of money.

No pool for little kids, 2 pools available with 2.5mtr & 1.3 mtr depths.

Nice hotel, beautiful city, relaxing surroundings

Non so friendly staff, very slow service, had to ask many times for everything we needed only to get it after hours of waiting and once I had to go by my car and buy cups for coffee bcz we waited over 12 hours and asked at least 6, 7 times and no one got us the cups

The staff at reception super friendly and they will always attend to any requests. Well-trained staff on customer service and very professional. I would like to thank Rabee the duty manager and Angela at Reception for all there efforts to make our stay exceptional In restaurant one waiter is very professional bahaa iguess his name

The cooling in the room was adequate but can be better.

We enjoyed the food, absolutely amazing breakfast - purely Lebanese! Great service all over the hotel, the pool was good fun. We could spend all day there as everything is taken care of so well!

The air conditioning was not strong in between however opening the balcony door slightly made it much better.
