Location was ideal for our purpose and had great views of the valley, loads of parking, prompt check in/ check out service. Although the pool side could get busy the noise was minimal. Value of drinks and food were very reasonable around pool area.

The hotel is in a beautiful, secluded area. Very calm and quiet with lovely staff. The pool area is really nice and the food is yummy. You really get your money's worth when you stay here. The Breakfast view and vibes was phenomenal.

The location is not bad but everything else was a disaster.

Although our reservation on booking included our child and the crib, the property's owner, Aida Rahme, was very rude when we checked in. She wanted to charge us extra for our 3-year-old and wanted an additional $40 for the baby crib. She then said, inconsiderately, that the baby would eat from the breakfast that was served, which was a very low thing to say to a customer. We believed the breakfasts she is referring to would be the queen Elizabeth's breakfast, but they turned out to be quite subpar and didn't cost more than $100 for everything that was given. Dry bread and watermelon, poor cheese, boiled eggs, veggies, potatoes, and beans are served. In order to remove the food, the chef then asks if anyone would want to eat more. What a waste of money—everything was bad, the room was filthy. The owner, Aida, has a concierge-like appearance. She opens and closes the doors and, if any of the kids enter the lobby and start acting inappropriately, she stops them in their tracks as if we were in a school rather than a hotel. I don't even recommend this hotel; it only deserves a one-star rating.
