The historical feel of the place gives it all its glamour. The hotel is still the same since the 90s, yet it is well maintained, clean, and u can feel the care and dedication to keep the spirit of what it represents. It stands for art, culture, beauty and legacy of a lebanon that is always flying above the adversaries. We are grateful that it is still holding all of this, against all odds. It holds a number of valuable art collections, and every corner speaks of creative interactions, joyful laughters and unending conversations. This is a place where the spirit of what really matters still lives.

One suggestion would be to replace the old heavy room keychain with a modern one.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and both the rooms and bathrooms are modern, especially considering the hotel’s historical background. It also offers the best view of Beirut—truly stunning!

The concierge service could improve by being more attentive to guests’ needs. Personalized care and proactive assistance would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Hotel Al Bustan is a great unparalleled experience with its superb amenities and services. The breathtaking view from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular, providing guests with a mesmerizing backdrop that enhances their overall stay, making it a truly memorable destination.

One aspect that left a less favourable impression was the pricing misalignment for breakfast. Despite a booking expectation of 14 EUR on Booking.com, the actual cost at Hotel Al Bustan amounted to 23 USD plus VAT per person, which some guests found to be relatively expensive and not in line with the initially communicated rate.

Everything was great , very spacious and comfortable room. An extra couch at the window to relax and look at the amazing view. It had a vintage vibe and is unique, reminded me of the 50s. Very quiet area , one of the best hotels i stayed in.

Everything was great, the price was amazing but i am assuming only because I booked at low season April. I would have loved to stay one more night and relax some more.

The indoor pool and hydro pool were absolutely amazing. The hotel's old-world charm and traditional look were very pleasant. We would visit again, definitely.

The food at the Italian restaurant was below our expectations, especially the steak. However, our best experience was the Quattro Stagioni pizza. Additionally, the breakfast selection was very limited.

The beautiful weather, the breakfast, the seaview and the mountain view. The room was super clean and organized. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The garden is amazing. It’s an excellent place for meditation

The playground!! I wish it was bigger and wider. It has a very small slide that fits kids under 3 years old. I expected a richer play area.

Traditional lebanese breakfast: very generous one of the best omelets and zaatar mana2ich The SPA standards are very high; although we live in dubai stunning 360 view all over the hotel. serenity well set within their huge garden

The hotel needs some refurbishment . i wouldn't change the furniture or decoration for sure as it will loose it's identity. however, i would definitely recommend full toilets demolishing & carpet floors.

THE HOTEL LOCATION ON THE TOP OF THE HILL WAS AMAZING , THE VIEW OF BEIRUT FROM THE ROOMS IS INCREDIBLE , THE SERVICE AND ASSISTANT PROVIDED BY THE STAFF WAS EXEPTIONAL SPECIALLY " AMALLE " & THE BREAKFAST WITH " TONY " IS TOO YUMMEE .

Everything was perfect the location the atmosphere the breakfast. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The room was very comfortable and clean.

I asked the staff about brushing teeth and cotton for makeup removal she told me that they don't have however we used to come every year to al bustan hotel and we used to found all these stuff. I think for a 5 stars hotel these things should be available.
