Location, sea view, beautiful room, breakfast buffet. Access to beach. Excellent staff, I would just recommend more personalized attention.

Short on towels so they were unable to provide extra towels before washing previous towels. I am sure this can be easily remedied. I would also suggest covering breakfast dishes as we could see some tiny flies around the food. Again, that can be easily done. Last thing is elevator lack of cleanliness, there were handprints everywhere on opening doors several days in a row, but that can be easily fixed too.

Spacious, clean room with a great view over the hotel's beach club and the Med. Friendly staff, good housekeeping, good breakfast. The hotel was convenient for the historical sites of Byblos, and the labyrinthine streets of the town centre and souk with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants as well as shops catering for locals and tourists.

Not much not to like really. The beach club was a little noisy one night but that finished at a reasonable hour! Not much of a beach at the hotel. There was a public beach nearby.

it is high priced with booking, I discovered I paid more than 1/5 of the regular price! i felt cheated from booking.. as i paid 600 Usd while same people will pay 480 usd… i will go back to the hotel but defiantly not with booking , as the recommendation in the first place didn’t reach me from booking, it came from someone he knows the hotel…I don’t recommend to go to the hotel through booking.com , you should reserve alone

This is my second time in this hotel as I loved the location where it is directly to the sea side and all only 5 minutes walking to all attractive places. The room is wide, and the balcony view is directly to the sea-side, the staff are all amazing and helpful.

Everything was great! the highlights were the bedroom view, private beach and cleanliness We needed up extending our stay as we enjoyed it so much The cleanest hotel I’ve been to in Lebanon so far! Breakfast has dietary options which is great and the private beach is an amazing bonus, the lifeguard Joseph is so friendly, you feel safe and taken care of I would travel through took took as it’s easy and fast (don’t pay more than 50,000 we got ripped off the first time) Also don’t get your clothes washed they scammed us big time!! There are no washing machines in your room and they send it to a company who over charge and we we’re not given a quote or price list (we assumed the hotel washes them)

The laundry service is RIDICULOUS! they charged us the same price as the room, when we questioned it the staff said it’s an external cleaner and there should have been a price list in our room but there wasn’t! We thought it was part of the hotel to wash our clothes.. this ruined the experience at the end for us It stated there was snorkelling for the private beach but we had to go find our own goggles which were so over priced at the shops

The location was superb. Byblos is a small town so everything is close anyway. But this hotel was on the seafront, and the view was fantastic. We had a bigger room therefore no balcony. If you want a balcony, the room will be smaller. They have a bar on the beach which has access to the sea.

location is perfect, room is big size and very good service, breakfast was excellent, internet is very good, it was nice experience to stay at Byblos sur mer.

Location and breakfast was exceptional

Room service and amenities were lacking for the price. For example the shower head was broken and when asked for towels and toilet paper service was extremely slow and was provided with only one item at a time.I felt that was not lacking for the price.

We loved our room balcony and view of the sea.Breakfast was plentiful and bed comfortable

There was little shade at the pool area and steps into sea very slippery.Bar in the hotel did not seem to be open but perhaps this was only at certain times of day

The room overlooking the water was beautiful and our stay was great. The breakfast is highly recommended.
