Good location, very comfortable bed, kind staff! Very spacious rooms!

Friday, Saturday, Sunday till 2-3 am you can’t sleep as music club is just 50 meters away from hotel. Very loud and disturbing. Breakfast is very simple and hot dishes is familiar only to Lebanese people. Must be added more European options. Also was no options to have tasty coffee ( you can buy 1 Nespresso at least). On pool need some soft mattresses above the sunbed.

This hotel was a standout in the Jounieh area - each room has a breathtaking sea view. The hotel was modern and clean, staff were amazingly helpful and the beds very comfortable. Will definitely be back here each year.

A full length mirror in the room would've been a great addition. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Everything was perfect, luxurious hotel, spacious room and very clean, the sea is at your window screen you cannot miss the beautiful sunset. Nice breakfast to start your day. The reception staff was very professional, friendly and helpful, room service always ready. Great location with shopping areas, paragliding and night life are 5 minutes away. Great value for money. I recommend this hotel

Just 2 small things 1- there was no mirror outside the bathroom 2- the faucet was a little small in the bathroom

The room is fantastic, a bit highly-priced, but it is worth it. Spacious, clean, all the basics are covered, and they greeted us with a fruit basket. If you are planning to go to Jounyeh, this might be one of the best choices due to its location.

There was an issue with the water, and I had to take a cold shower in the morning. Fortunately, it was almost summer, so a cold shower would not make you sick! As for breakfast, it is the minimum a hotel can give, so don't expect much on that end.

The staff went above and beyond their responsibilities to meet our needs and ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable.

The most amazing thing about The Rooms is the staff. They were very efficient and friendly, especially Yara at the reception.

The hotel is very clean 😍and the rooms are amazing 🥰 as for the staff they make you feel like home very welcoming YARA at the reception was very nice and helpful
