The rooms are beautiful, nothing to complain about, and have everything you need. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very kind and polite. The pool is HUGE and absolutely stunning. You need a tuc tuc or car to move around.

It’s very expensive, like the rest of Nosy Be (obviously). Everything is calculated in EUROS, but in my opinion we are in Madagascar and they make a big profit off tourists (again, this is a problem with all resorts in Nosy Be). Dinners at €18 per person, excursions priced as if we weren’t in Africa where the cost of living is much lower. Honestly, if you go outside and take a tuk-tuk you’ll spend much less. Another thing is the sea. Don’t expect to just sit on the beach and swim — you need to move to the nearby islands. Of course, I still gave it a 9 because the resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and I would definitely recommend it. Unfortunately, it’s not only this resort but the whole island — since there are so many Italian and French tourists, prices are extremely high.

We liked everything. The hotel grounds were so well kept-beautiful shrubs and trees. The food was excellent . The staff in all areas (cleaning/gardening/ maintanance and waiting at table)were smiling and always happy to help. The hotel provided a daily boat (free) to take us to the near by island where we found super snorkeling ,both coral and fish, by a short walk along the end of the beach..to the black looking rocks .Go left when you looked at the beach from the sea ! We were at the hotel for 7 nights and went to the island 3 times. The first 2 days we just relaxed by the beautiful pools whilst we recovered from the long flight from England.

the only critisism was that our own french was school child level and we did have to use hand signals sometimes but again the staff ALL tried to understand us. SO NO CRITICISM OF THE HOTEL !!

Lovely rooms and gardens. Immaculately kept. Pools were great and hotel lead onto beach. Breakfasts good and food quality was good Staff friendly and helpful Small and not overcrowded

Food quantity could be extremely small portions but not always. You could either have potatoes or veg but not both. Building work at the bottom near the beach not a major problem apart from the very squeaky wheelbarrows which were incessant on one day we were there. They are apparently building another 22 apartments which may change the hotel. The transport used for trips and airport runs had at least one bald tyre and a seat belt missing so be warned

There is a nice swimming area, they offer a very good massage, and a charter boat to Nosy Sakatia is a big plus

There was too much noise in the room located near the restaurant. The music was playing loud until late at night. The noise of cutlery being cleaned woke us up at 6 am. As a result, we didn't have a good sleep. We were asked to order our dinner meals in the afternoon, but when we arrived, the meals we had chosen were unavailable. The food was expensive, and portions were too small. We received two little hash browns and half a carrot to share between the two of us to eat with our fish. It was the most expensive place I stayed in Nosy Be and it was not worth it. We didn't sleep well, and we went to bed quite hungry.
