Very cozy hotel with the most personal approach to the guests ever seen. All our needs were met in time and in an extremely appropriate way. Special thanks to the bar staff - always open, kind, positive and polilingual guys, we have become real friends! Animation also was fantastic - all day long and unobtrusive activities like stretching, aquagym, darts, bocha, beachvolley and special evening programme conducted by international team of energetic guys. You are the best! We also very highly value the professionalism and personal approach of Mango SPA staff. We adore it! All this wouldn’t be possible without constant supervision and personal sacrifice of the manager and director. Special thanks for the pancake with the seaview during the sunset! Fantastic!

Beautiful exotic place! All staff is amazing, every little thing is taken care of. Food is delicious and special thanks to the girl who remembered how much I loved papaya jam at breakfast and she would bring it. Entertainment was fun every night, I loved live music! Sunsets are so beautiful! I would go for walks on the beach late at night just to enjoy the sound of the ocean. The resort offers different tours and boat trips, I was busy every day doing different trips. I tried the spa as well. So many things to enjoy! I am so happy I chose beautiful Palm Beach Resort and Spa!

What is there not to like? I had the best time!

I had a wonderful stay here, the service, care and love for me was just exceptional. Thank you to the whole team that made my stay unforgettable. The animation team always checks in on you (thank you Ismael) and the reception team will assist you with anything you need. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable, thanks again for the great service. ❤️

Wifi in the room needs to be improved but they are happy to help you with that at the reception. Also more healthy options at breakfast would be wonderful like wholewheat bread but thats a personal preference. They will try to help you with anything you need.

Everything ! The staff was incredible in ways I even forgot what customer service is eve about. They are nice, always there to help if needed, ask if you're doing well. The premise is very well taken well of. The buffet was different every day and innovative, creative. Everything was delicious. There wasn't a single thing that we didn't like. A big thank you to : Faed (Excursions), Yves (Photograph), Julie (Reception), Lucien (Reception), Nazia (Reception), Nawala (Reception), Chef Nicolas from the kitchen, Fabrice (FnB), Fabiola (SPA), Maeva (SPA) and lastly the director Marcello.

The mattress was hard. I would suggest to clients to put the covers on the bed and add an extra soft mattress in order for you to sleep well. Other than that everything was amazing.

The location is amazing and the pool and beach set up is exactly what you want from a resort! The spa treatment was very nice and affordable and our lovely waiter Idrisse was soooo friendly and helpful (he was a stand out staff member). The food was delicious, the chefs do a magnificent job and we enjoyed the themed nights a lot.

The air conditioning would not drop below 27deg cel, we couldn’t sleep it was soo hot. When we informed reception and requested a fan they did assist us, but one staff member at reception asked if they could take the fan back on our second last day and made us feel guilty for requesting to keep it for our last night. The staff are not overly friendly (except towards Italian tourists), this resort is definitely catered towards Italians with other guests coming secondary (the divide is quite clear, which is unusual). Be aware the all inclusive beverage package has rules, which were confusing and never made clear to us (it always felt difficult to order a drink outside of meal times unless it was an included cocktail).

The staff were lovely and kind from the moment we arrived at the resort, and this was especially helpful since we travelled with our twin toddlers. We were welcomed warmly and the resort was beautiful, lovely views over the ocean and the drinks were always served cold and I found it to be reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend for a stay with family as you will feel relaxed.

Wifi was terrible and basically didn't work. I'd recommend anyone to purchase a SIM card.

Amazing resort !! Excellent staff. Room was beautiful and any problem was resolved. Staff were friendly , manager was on point! Always different activities to join in with. A very close nit community when you are there. The only issue was the English language barrier could cause for a few issues, however these were all rectified and taking seriously. The cleanest hotel and most helpful , friendly hotel I have ever been too !!

Everything was on par or above with what you would expect from the truly top-end resort. Exactly when we needed it, exactly where we needed it, exactly how we wanted it. Truly remarkable experience.

The internet was a bit spotty on the property but I understand it was a satellite/connection matter which was properly and adequately addressed. In no way it affected our stay, quite opposite, it was great to feel disconnected a bit :)

The location was so well, the foods was amazing every day supply different tastes foods. All team was so friendly and make everyone life and excourse comfortable. The girl - Isaia so hospitality and always smile with smooth English she was always trying to help our family everything ! Stronger recommend Palm Beach hotel ! I will be back after 4-5 months.
