Perfect for backpackers or short stay, not for family trip or healing purposes. Room is clean, stable network connection, order food delivery is easy when the mamak stall closed early. Even provide prayer mat and qiblat for Muslims.

Not much space to pray because of the qiblat direction. Only enough space for bed and access to toilet but all is fine. One downside thing is there’s smoke odour in the room when we checked in, luckily the owner gave me room with window so I opened for a while to let out the odour.

Security good. Main entrance by our own 4-digit digital code. Room entrance wish can use own code also. Wífi ok. Enough space for single room. Better pray outside room. Surau just opposite hotel. Clear MyTV coverage. Can put laptop on small table, sit on bed.

No shower device for single room. Use bidet or bring own small container/'gayung' to shower. Get water from sink.

Clean room and walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Hotel staff is friendly. No keys required, the e-locks for the staircase and rooms. Water dispenser at the corridor for unlimited drinking water supply.

The sound proof is not very good, wifi is slow sometimes

Easy to park you car. Also they provide every basic thing same like 4-5 star hotel for example cups.electrik jus. Iron. Tv. Bottle of shampoo and shower gel. Water heater , iron board. Aircon. Even the space little bit small. But it is located really well. Not noisy in night and day. Super cozy and nice place to stay for someone who need sleeping place for a days or two. And for business people. Their internet also 👍🏼

The space is well optimized with ironing board and iron, hair dryer, working area. Great for those on business trip.

No lift access but we knew before booking. Wall is really thin, we can hear someone from 2-3 rooms away but the manager came to manage noise level without us asking.

Even-though the space is small, the place was good. The place is well maintained and the staffs are very friendly.. I strongly suggest that hose in Banting to stay here for a comfortable stay with low price.

Everything was just nice for the price I paid

I had a smooth check-in and check-out. The room was clean and beautiful, and it was perfect for solo or travellers who pack lightly like I do!

You have to pay for the parking fee if you’re parked during day hours.

The toilet was super clean. The room size is small but for couple should be okay. Iron, iron board, hair drier all provided and everything works perfectly. The owner was very nice & friendly, access to room was very easy. overall will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.

Clean and tidy. Worth to stay on a limited budget !! Easy to find food around and market also nearby. Many parking outside. Boss very responsive and ready to help.

Overall OK just room a bit small but acceptable with the price.
