The environment was good , the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Klang

We are a family of 5, 2 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby. Took the family room for RM 500 which was very worth it, including breakfast. The children especially loved their room with the bunkbed. There were also some toys in the kid's room. There was another king bed in the other room which was very big. 1 TV in each room. There were slides at the kids pool. Staffs were helpful. Breakfast was splendid. Both room and toilets were clean, water heater and pump was strong. There was a refrigerator and ironing board provided. The hotel is connected to KSL Mall which was very convenient. We can just go to the mall for food and convenience stores. Nothing negative to say. I was very happy and satisfied, kids were excited. Will definitely repeat next holiday.

*The air-conditioning of the room so super *Breakfast presentation is exciting moreover they provide rare cheese forgot the name of cheese😅 the staff was friendly and helpful too by helping me warmed my baby food. *Swimming pool is quite fun with the playground my daughter love it until she don't want to have her breakfast properly because of swimming pool playground Attraction . *Check in & out all in smooth progress with friendly,helpful of your front desk staff & security Overall we had a wonderful stay and my daughter was surprised on her birthday preparation by her aunt's.

Baby cot that I requested not satisfied me due to the baby cot too big and high but the mattress put inside too lower not comfortable to put and take my baby inside.In future try to get the baby cot with adjustment so even 1x mattress still can adjust the high of the baby cot no need extra mattress to make it comfortable.

next to the mall, variety of food, at ground floor have 7 e cafe during midnight if you still hungry. near to tomyam and others restaurant.my kids love the swimming pool, a lot of parking, nice view. have some activities during night near to mall

-i have paid for late checkout one day before the last day at hotel, unfortunately on the day of checkout, the receptionist call me and ask when i want to checkout because already 12 noon. and my room key didnt function eventhough i already paid for late checkout. is it no communication between staf or the didnt key in the payment?? -the room little bit smelly with unpleasant odour.

We really enjoyed our stay, staff was fantastic so polite and helpful It's so handy to have 7/11 in the hotel lobby and the big shopping mall right next to it. Wich is you can enter from hotel right next to the 7/11 Everything was extremely clean and well maintained only one downside was bit far from central but if you have Grab app or your own transport you should be fine, because I didn't have both of that mafe it bit difficult for me If I vist Malaysia will definitely stay here again

Worth for money, very clean, helpful front desk.

Saw a group of young boys access to swimming pool area ( no privacy for hotel guest ) and noticed same group boys was roaming in the mall then cycling at mall car park area. I hope hotel management can look into this matter seriously as it's impact hotel guest privacy and worry of stolen case ( in case ) It would be good if the management restricting outsider from accessing the lift without the access card. Hope to see some changes in my next visit. Thank you

Went for New Year Eve staycation. Very friendly staff at Front Desk. Facilities was good, room very clean. I can watch fireworks from entire Klang from my room at level 18. It was a very great experience. Additional there is fireworks show near park. Pool also good. My kids very enjoy kids pool. Easy access to mall. 2d1n is not enough. I definitely repeat again next year.

Pool tiles quite slippery. My kids fell, luckily it's not serious. Hopefully Hotel can provide more anti-slip mat around kids pool. Thanks.

Came 2nd time stay in this year. The most like is the front desk staff Ms.Rubinee welcome us with full of smiling face and proceed my booking well. Let me to check in earlier then actual time in.. This very helpful I was bring my baby to stay as well.. Keep it up and big thanks to the staff. The spa was awesome and check in customer rate is good..

The breakfast have minimum of variety and should improve more. The SPA need to improve more to guide customer the usage of each hot pool. My ladies went into spa & just utilise the hot bath without noticing there is switch to on for jacuzzi and bubble bath to turn on..

This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel. We like everything about the hotel. There are 2 pools for the kids and adults even the adult pool is suitable for the kids with a depth of 1.0 - 1.2m only. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially in the reception and security. The hotel is connected to the mall and 7 Eleven Cafe so it was very convenient. The room and hotel facilities cleanliness is superb. Family room are great for the kids. Bunk bed with slide.

Bed topper is very thick and soft we woke up with back pain in the morning. The following night we removed and it was ok.
