I have book this hotel since last year through booking.com. Clean room, the air-con is cooling, location is good. For a couple to stay 1 or 2 night at this hotel, the room size is just nice.

If can, the lift at the car park don't lock after 10pm. So time, when go out with friend, we may stay out slightly longer time. Then we need to go to the first floor and then go down to carpark to unlock the door from inside.

It's comfy

The body soap is broken and not install properly.. Plus the body shampoo didnt have any liquid when i check in.. Luckily git hair shapoo that I could use... I believe the water hose for the water heater is loose/broken coz i suffer hot water onto my body even when i tried adjusting the temp of the water.... Might need some work. 3rdly the bed sheet and pillow is not clean enough... And this is a suprise even to me.. I have some photos that i took as evidence.

Location is good, opposite to AEON Bukit Tinggi. The room is clean and the sound proof system of the room is good.

The Parking lot which allotted for guess parking. To excess to the Hotel Lobby, you need to walk up the staircase with your luggage. In the event of raining, you will caught wet as you need to walk about a small distance in the open air.

Location is very good, just cross the bridge and can reach the Aeon Bukit Tinggi. Ample parking space and Free Parking. Kettle is dirty but they help to change it quickly.

A bit hassle during the check in time as we need to carry our luggage from car park via staircase to the lift to lobby. I have read the review before booking this hotel, so i choose to check in first then pay RM 50 deposit (refundable) to get the card access to basement lift and bring in my luggage. There was no direct lift from basement to hotel room. free wifi is available but the speed is a bit weak.

The hotel connected with the Shopping Mall with easy access and direct from the hotel building. Parking was good, right at the basement and straight can lead up to the reception.

Should have better sign to show that the reception is on the 7th floor. And the rooms are on the different upper floor. Not a problem but couldn`t image if there a lot of rooms accommodated with only 2 lifts available

What I loved: - the bed was comfy and overall the room was clean - water is provided in glass bottle to reduce plastic consumption - the decor was great! There's also a coffee table book about the art pieces in the room - checking in was easy and fuss-free - it's right in front of Aeon mall so no problem to buy food and other necessities - ample parking space in the basement. Parking is free but you need to validate the Touch N Go card at the reception counter

Some minus points: - shower water had a bit of a sewage smell upon the first flow. It dissipates soon enough though.

Walking distance to Aeon Mall via the connecting bridge of the opposite building. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Room is clean. Comfy pillows. Quite easy to get Grab rides but you need to inform them to enter from the other side of the building with the touch-n’-go gate. Because the map set the resident side as the default entrance.

Loud door slamming that happened a couple of times during my stay. Apart from that everything is okay.

Bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning vent was well placed (not blowing directing at the bed). The layout of the room was good. Enough closet space with a sliding door. Proper study table for work, minibar and fridge. Filtered water provided and refilled daily.

The pillow was too high for me and they didn’t have other options. I slept using a rolled up towel for the 3 nights.

I was alone and cluless. And it was midnight. But there is security around. He helped me find my way. The hotel is actually upperstairs. Easy but not easy to find but secure enough. Room was clean and neat. The staff friendly and nice. Good place to crash and worth the price. Location is strategic. Grab car available anytime.

😀location is very strategic..in front of Aeon Mall and 10min from GM klang 😀Hotel room quite spacious. The room is clean and tidy. No ant or insects found. The bathroom also spacious. I like the layout. 😀The staff also very friendly. 😀Price also reasonable during public holiday. 😀Many shop surrounding.
