I can only compliment Dream Hotel for their Service and cleanliness. My one suggestion will be for them to monitor their condition of their bedsheets.

The steps at the entrance, there is none. This must be taken care of.

the receptionist was very nice and not arrogant at all .. both were very soft-spoken and polite. maybe because they are not locals people, it is difficult to get good service from the receptionist. but here I give A ++++ because of their treat .

I dislike the cleanliness in the room, the room is very dusty, tv no broadcast, bathroom have hair, no hairdryer, a little disappointed because at the time of booking, look in the picture there have a hair dryer .. then the sheets and also the bed have an unpleasant smell. may be able to make improvements in order to get rid of the musty smell. for example spraying febreeze. in addition, the bath liquid also has an unpleasant odor. Luckily we're kind of like to bring our own toiletries..

worth the price, parking was easy to find but since the area was exactly at the main road so being cautious is strictly advisable…

shower need to be fixed in room 201.. security was a bit low, no one guarding the lobby… me and my sister feeling a lil bit cautious but gratefully nothing happened to us..
