the location is in the nearby facilities and shopping center, the check in and check out process is very smooth, staff is helpful, even allowed me to have free parking even we bring more than 1 car :) hopefully we can book again and taste the breakfast, or even dinner at the place(last booking we're in a packed schedule ), even tough we have the renovation notice, we dun hear any noise from our room

Maybe the most decent “proper” hotel in Klang? Location is key, with supermarkets, pharmacy, petrol station, eateries and an upcoming LRT station around the vicinity. Staffs were friendly, professional, warm and welcoming. Checking in and out were very efficient, am so impressed. Room doesnt look dated, and is spacious. Parking lots are aplenty and provided with compliments. Lobby smelt great.

Air conditiong doesnt circulate well in the room, there are some blind spots where the areas were noticeably warm. Lighting was another let down. Felt gloomy at night. Mattresses could be improved with softer ones.

The restaurant was still open when I arrived bcs it was quite late in the evening when I did. I was feeling really tired and hungry. The surrounding area in the restaurant was nice, the food was quite good and the staff were helpful.

I didn't know there's some renovation work being done outside the hotel. It did pose some unpleasant experience to me at the beginning. Only on the outside that was giving the not so welcoming look but once inside, I felt fine.

staff was friendly, and always try to please. Room is comfy, plenty of pillows to suit personal preference. Location is great, there is a Lotus mall right opposite the hotel, though the pedestrian walkway is not very friendly despite the close distance.

The gym and pool are below average, considering the rate charged in comparison to other competitor hotels within the area. Cleanliness can be slightly improved too and I don't see a card to request for changing of linens.

Location is easy to find. Just next to the main road. Check in was easy n fast. The indian lady receptionist is very good. She helps me with early check in as the room were not ready at 2.30pm. Aircond is cold and bed is comfy. Will sure recommend to friends n family. Free parking for guest! P. S - Love the smell of lemongrass all over the hotel

Puvan and his staff at the reception were truly great. Very patient and polite even when I had similar questions each time when I had issues with my eSIM. They also helped with booking GRABS to places. Masood from the buffet bar and the door staff were also fantastic.

The hotel breakfast is acceptable & good, especially the sambal for nasik lemak. But the ikan bilis seems overcooked. The coffee is from the beams I guess and not the 3-1 kind. The salad looks good too but I have no time to enjoy it. Fruits were kept in the fridge & I think this is a bonus too.

The Wifi. The internet is always disconnected when I am performing my work in the hotel room. This is quite annoying. The surroundings of the hotel are pretty dark at night with fewer lights when walking back from the shops nearby after dinner.

The room was clean and tidy but I wish the staff would inform me earlier that I was getting twin single bed room instead of one queen bed room before my check-in.

The water pressure for the shower is very low and slow. I took my bath while standing near to the wall.

The room was really big and 👍 I enjoyed my 4 days stays. All the lobby staffs and door men were very obliging.

When I returned after 7 hours on Sunday my room was not cleaned.i hung a sign on the door. I had to call housekeeping twice. I wanted to rest B4 going out for a night function.that is the only setback, they cleaned up at 4 pm

simple room with all the expected amenities from a standard hotel. Breakfast was fine, with the usual offerings. Staff are very helpful whenever i asked for takeaway breakfast. Room is acceptably clean considering the hotel is aged.

The gym equipment are aged, and could do with a refurbishment. The pool is also a little small.
