It is located in the center of Cheng where it is near the banks (Maybank, CIMB, BSN that i noticed), got Mr. DIY, 24 hours self dobi, near restaurants...easy n convenient to all. The hotel also got lots of CCTVs where I felt safe during my stay there. I might be staying here again when I visit Melaka.

I would suggest that this hotel will provide another station for ironing clothes downstairs as the tenants downstairs don't have to go upstairs to iron their clothes everytime they want to. And provide hooks to hang the ironed clothes while ironing others.

A very short staycation at Malacca. Arrived around 12.30am in Malacca. Hotel gave us a call to double confirm our check in time. The process if check in are incredibly convenient. Just use the kiosk for process of check in and check out. The staff at counter was also very helpful. It's kind of mindblowing as i used to stay in many hotels. Even 5 star hotel also do not havr this kind of machine haha. They do sell drinks and foods (maggi cups etc) at the lobby. Our room is located on second floor. The room is good enough for 2 person with basic amenities.

The water heater level is unadjustable. That's all hehe

Easy check-in using the machine looks like ATM and it is a first time to me. Paying and getting back the deposit is very easy. Clean and cosy atmosphere. Plenty of shops around and also eateries outlets.

lot of money need to be added to extend the stay for few hours as one hour extension isn’t available. it shouldn’t be a complicated process

The location, not too outskirt and yet not too busy. The access to food courts and convenient shops are easy. The staff is also helpful in assisting me to check-in (I didn't aware about the self-check-in system is there). Overall it is a great hotel that worth the money for a short stay.

I like a lot about this hotel. Previous book was amazing and i will rebook nextime. I want to stay for long time but i have to continue my journey.i really recommended this hotel.

location new to eateries since it's a shoplot, helpful staffs, coway and iron provided at common area. room provided with mineral water and 3 in 1 coffee, soap, shampoo. we extend our stay from 2 nights to 3.

toilet cleanliness can be improved. looks like long time hasn't been scrub. mattress a bit hard. sheets query clean

I like the different themes of each room. We got tutty fruity. Very cute!

Everything was okay. Just that the pillows were a bit hard and stiff.

For a 2 stars hotel, it is a good deal. The location and the staff are great. Cleanliness is okay for me. Overall, I wouldn't mind stay here again for a budget trip, especially as a solo traveller.
