Firstly, I really love the service provided by the staff. They were all very friendly, very proactive, and are very quick to solve any problems that occur during our stay. The breakfast buffet had great choices and most of the food tasted great, especially those cooked fresh (shoutout to the Omelette chef for the perfectly cooked eggs!). As the hotel is still under renovations and not running at full capacity, some of the facilities are not available but there are definitely enough to keep you entertained. Rooms were also very great, we had to change rooms twice due to some defects but every room that we stayed in was comfortable and clean.

As the hotel is still under renovations, expect some corridors and areas to be a bit dusty. Rooms also had some defects - first room we stayed in had the plaster fell off the ceiling. We then change to another room which the heater stopped working at night. They transferred us to another room with everything functioning. The hotel is also located in a developing area of Klebang with nothing much around, so you will have to drive out for a bit to access the attractions in Melaka.

1.Check-in was disorganized, and my room wasn't ready until 5:00 PM. When I reached the front of the line on June 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM, the staff member asked if I had already queued, even though I was seated at the registration desk. This felt inappropriate. 2. My room, 1204, was missing towels, a floor mat, and washcloths. I called housekeeping around 6:30 PM for towels, but after a 10-minute wait, my husband had to find housekeeping himself to get them.

Things are fairly satisfactory overall.

The elevator operates quite slowly, and there’s a long wait each time. There are two types of pillows with different firmness levels, but the soft ones are too thick, causing neck discomfort. The restaurant only offers a buffet with limited choices and no à la carte service. The food did not meet our preferences, so we had to drive out in search of alternatives. Unfortunately, most nearby options were limited to Malay cuisine, and we had to travel farther into town for more variety.

Pleasant stay at the Birkin for 2 nights, with friendly, helpful and smiling staff. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked, the gym has many equipment as well as a superb entertainment area (table football, ping pong table, darts). A service of shuttle bus to the center available during all the day.

However, a few points to raise / try to improve: - the noise of night traffic until very late (we were on the 23rd floor) and it was difficult not to hear it - ⁠Wearing a swimming cap in the pool (we understand the reason for wearing one) but it is not common in hotels to do so. Remember to provide one. - ⁠Remember to refill the toilet supplies (we ran out of toilet paper) and especially the drinking water when cleaning the room. - Improve communication on the services available and proposed by your hotel (SPA services for example, etc.)

We loved everything about the hotel and definitely did not regret booking Birkin for our 2 nights stay. Check in and check out process was a breeze. They prepared our room prior to our arrival, and I was surprised that even the cot was already in the room. Super friendly staffs. Great facilities. Very family friendly. Nice, big, spacious and clean rooms. Not forgetting the Kids club! We purposely booked this hotel for our daughter, and she enjoyed every second of it at the playground and kids club. We will definitely book this hotel if we were to visit melaka again.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Definitely deserved the 5 stars.

Staying in the hotel for 2 nights, we can just stay there without going out. A lot of facilities inside the hotel to play with kids. Theres a wide range of equipment available at the gym, indoor games include ps5, outdoor playground for kids very fun, swimming pool is nice. In front of the hotel got fun fair, many restaurant for a quick lunch or dinner. Nearby beach as well if u want to play by the beach. Breakfast offers variety of foods and it was all delicious. The room are spacious with beach view. The staffs are friendly, very smooth check in and check out. I will come again definitely, worth every penny.

I can say, nothing that i dun like on my stays here.

Facilities is good. Easy access. Room is big and comfortable. Got special fire show at night during our stay.

Warm showers not working well. During check in we were informed that we will get a few complimentary items in the room. But when we get there, there were none. The towels also not provided according to number of person staying during our registration. The room service was also very bad because we need to call five times to get the items that we requested to be sent to our room.

We were greeted by a warm welcome, so many friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived until we had to say goodbye. We had a wonderful stay here, wonderful hospitality from the cozy rooms, to the thoughtful services - I requested for birthday decorations inside our room and everything turned out perfectly! We also received a surprise birthday cake delivered by the hotel management straight to our room! That was beyond my expectations. Top-notch services. The hotel got so many facilities and it is very kid-friendly. The indoor kidsclub really amused us, not only kids, parents can also rest and played games including board games to playstation games. Great place to chill, peaceful and it has also got its own toilet, so parents not need to hassle to go find the toilet outside. The playground was another amazing features of this hotel - no need to go to beach when my child can play sandcastle on their sand path. The pool with gazebos, I am out of words to describe how amazing this hotel was. The breakfast is so good. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Got some fruit flies in mini bar kitchen sink during our stay

A comfy stay but as this hotel is still new and only did soft launch..so we are considered as pilot testing. I have another room at 1405 with cloging sink, shower and faulty electricity plugging which happened during our stay. But as we complained it was rectified there and then which is good but a little disturbing too coz for the price paid (considered high) we were hoping for a smooth stay. For bfast, there were sufficient spread but we were a bit disturbed with the attitude of one of the staff (didnt get her name tho, but she is very fair, tudung girl and bit chubby) where she dare to make face when we asked for assistance to open the water bottles bcoz we couldn't open as top cap is broken. This is not a good attitude when dealing with hotel guests and hospitality business. But the rest of the staff including maintenance are very pleasantly smiling and accommodating except for this one lady in the restaurant during bfast. Birking management should be training her more bcoz making faces is not an acceptable attitude. Overall the hotel could improve more once full operating. And we love the comfy stay.

As mentioned above we didn't like the one starf attitude at the restaurant during bfast and the clogged sink and shower as well as the electricity plugging tripped.

We had such a great stay at the hotel — super comfy, clean, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly, and the overall vibe was just really relaxing and welcoming. What impressed me even more was how they handled things after we left. I realized I’d forgotten an item in the room, and they were so quick to respond. They found it right away and helped arrange to get it back to me without any hassle. Seriously appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the whole thing. Great service all around!
