A bit out of town but beautifully furnished with lovely antiques. We are satisfied with our 3 nights stay. All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Rini.👍 Whatever we requested...hairdryer, more hangers and others, were sent to our room in within minutes. Our room was made up and cleaned daily. Thank you very much for the pleasant service, will come back again☺️

The only unpleasant thing is the connecting restaurant in the hotel which opens from 6.00pm-9.00pm. It will be quite noisy when it is packed with most of the guests moving around taking pictures of the beautiful antiques. But thankfully after 9.00pm all will be quiet again 🙏

the noise: -our room 104 basically located less than 10ft from reception desk... -the inside restaurant also nearby...when you opened you door people having lunch/dinner were on your left...the staff sitting in front of you...huhu huh - our room neighbour waa an active kitchen until 11pm

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay Front office staff were very good

Communicating with room service staff was difficult A better television with more channels will be good

I love the peranakan decorations. It may look creepy to some but rooms are ok. Wifi is good Foods easily available

not suitable if you need frequent ironing.

Nice surroundings - lots of places to eat and drink milk tea/coffee nearby. Room was quite small but clean and good value for money. Hotel feels trendy. Rooms have windows onto courtyard or street.

Carpet was wet when we arrived so room smelt musty. Could do with airing out rooms between guests.

Worth the money! Very aesthetically pleasing concept. Very comfortable and value for money.

We got lower floor room so the noise from the restaurant quite loud and uncomfortable but not that bad. Wish we could have upper floor room.

Location was quite convenient, not in the busy city center and free parking available. Nice ambience and night is very lively. Decorations of the hotel is very nostalgic

The wifi was very unstable and connection very bad. Cleanliness and facility can be improved

The whole antique vibe was really a nice touch for the place. Well maintained and I really like the room. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel is beautifully designed in a classic pre-war building. Overall the hotel is clean and the interior is also well designed with old classic furniture. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is as well quite strategically located nearby all tourist attractions.

The parking is a bit problem especially when you check-in the evening when people come for their dinner at the restaurants located surrounding the hotel.

The location is strategic. Near to attraction places and yet it is quiet. The hotel is clean and the price is so reasonable. The restaurant which served Baba & Nyonya food is so delicious..it is like home cooked meal. The staff is so friendly and helpful..in fact they gave us a room to pray even though we had already checkout from the hotel. It is the reason why it is our 3rd time staying here..Thank you Kapitan..we will be back soon!
