No coffee. Unable to book 2 single beds. Has to download ID or passport (will anyone use our documents for any evil as we are afraid. Too many scram.

We fell in love with the concept of loft. It was indeed a surprise to us that the room we booked is loft room, and it is very spacious. The hotel is budget friendly and a great spot for a big group of guests. It is clean with airconditioner, television, hairdryer, ironbox etc. JThe town, tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, everything is nearby. 7eleven and speedmarts are also near to this place. Chinese restaurants are just walking distance. Overall experience was unforgettable 🩷

There's not much to say. Everything was pretty great.

clean, facilities wise was good. booked a room for 3 adults and it comes with 2 bathrooms with toilet. it’s like an airbnb concept, the hotel management will add you into a whatsapp group a day before check in and provide you with the room passcode.

as they run it like an airbnb concept and do not have a physcial counter at the hotel, deposit has to be paid via online banking. the hotel management mentioned that the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after checking out. did not get the refund after more than 48 hours, have to follow up twice before I could get my refund back after more than 72 hours.

The property was very clean and hygenic . There is no complaint about the room my family and i itself enjoyed the stay .. it was near to the place where we planned to go and very much convenient.. i will repeat my stay again there if i visit melaka once again . The staff are really friendly and guide me throughout my stay . Well done

I love the room very big and spacious. The bed clean and comfortable. The toilet clean and well maintain. And night very quiet. Have a great rest. Thanks I housing staff manage the complain immediate.

Parking is one of the challenge. Until 9pm or 10pm only able to get parking. 2nd day room beside very noisy. Jump here n there. But manage to get done by I housing.

Value for money, quardurple room with bathroom was just nice for family of 4-5 person. The bed so comfy.

the stairs for a bit dangerous, too steep. Must pay 100% attention while walking down to downstairs. the check in procedure feeling like scam, especially paid deposit time, but actually everything is fine.

the host is helpful . the room was clean . no need to collect key because we got room password . so you can check in your own time till 12am . easy to access the food store and main city . they provided iron and hairdryer too .

little bit noisy because you can hear other people voice and kids running the floor and tv dont have many channel

The room are tidy, cleanliness satisfaction, room size are bigger than other hotel. The washroom good with all tap with hot cold water.

The TV channels all are malay topic. If get come chinese channels to watch this room all perfectly.
