The bed was good and comfortable.

No lift. Need to walk up. (It was a 2 storey type shoplot hotel) The room is having some bad smells, but after opening the air-conditioning, it was okay. Toilet unable to flush, staff was friendly and willing to come to repair it, but the time is not ideally～ (around 11pm)

Beyond expectations. Totally in love with this place. The beds n pillows are comfy, the room is huge, ample space to solat as well. There were two bathrooms for 3 person room. Such convenience! Super clean & safe.

The staff had responded our needs when we use WhatsApp. Has cleaned water/hot or cold. Providing waste paper bags

No coffee. Unable to book 2 single beds. Has to download ID or passport (will anyone use our documents for any evil as we are afraid. Too many scram.

We fell in love with the concept of loft. It was indeed a surprise to us that the room we booked is loft room, and it is very spacious. The hotel is budget friendly and a great spot for a big group of guests. It is clean with airconditioner, television, hairdryer, ironbox etc. JThe town, tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, everything is nearby. 7eleven and speedmarts are also near to this place. Chinese restaurants are just walking distance. Overall experience was unforgettable 🩷

There's not much to say. Everything was pretty great.

My family has 5 people in total, so the mattress is enough and the space is very worthwhile. My room type has stairs so I don't have to worry about falling because my children are grown up. Totally my family likes this room.

The property was very clean and hygenic . There is no complaint about the room my family and i itself enjoyed the stay .. it was near to the place where we planned to go and very much convenient.. i will repeat my stay again there if i visit melaka once again . The staff are really friendly and guide me throughout my stay . Well done

The price is reasonable, located in the middle of town of Banda Hilir. The room is clean & neat plus 2 toilets. Only the car parking is limited during daytime. After 11pm I managed to park my car just infront of hotel.

clean, facilities wise was good. booked a room for 3 adults and it comes with 2 bathrooms with toilet. it’s like an airbnb concept, the hotel management will add you into a whatsapp group a day before check in and provide you with the room passcode.

as they run it like an airbnb concept and do not have a physcial counter at the hotel, deposit has to be paid via online banking. the hotel management mentioned that the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after checking out. did not get the refund after more than 48 hours, have to follow up twice before I could get my refund back after more than 72 hours.
