Found many defects in the unit. Especially furniture, sofa broken, coffee table loosed and unstable due to broken stand. Shower set heater damaged. Others looks good to me. *CHECK OUT TIME* Perhaps the check out time shall extend to 12.00 pm 11.00am check out time is too early for a family of 5 person to get ready and the price for time check out. Should follow standard time check out. The standard time check in is 3.00pm but check out is 11.00am is too much for a room rate. It should be 12.00pm not 11am. Very disappointed with check out time. It should be like other part of hotels that standard c/out time must be 12.00pm. I had 2 senior citizens age above 70. I had struggle to prepare them before 11am. Never experience in Malaysia c/out time 11.00am. I believe the rest of the guests who stay in The Wave Melaka would share the dissappointment as me. Hope the accomodation team sales figure this out or bring forward in their sales meeting for improvement. *Security* Not polite when answering to his guests. When i lost the room key at the carpark entry level security boom gate, this was happened. The security guard at the carpark entry ask for our room key to check. Once checked, we drove up to level 3 carpark. Me and my wife realised that we missed the room key. We thought the security guard didn't pass the key to us. We walk from level 3 to ground floor carpark entry because without the acces card key we could not enter the carpark exit door to lobby. We reported to that same security guard that we may be didn't receive the key from him. The security guard stressed that he already pass to us. Then he said he can show us the cctv footage if we don't believe him. "So my wife ask him to show the cctv for a view so we could continue to check other places if its not with him. Eventually, he said can show the cctv but in one condition. If the access card and the key not taken by him, he would charge us money for viewing the cctv.

The view at 23 floor, living area, netflix and the staff. The BeeStay staff was cool & polite when answering but most of the time calls were not attended.

The security of the residence is very good, though I don't know about facilities like pool and others as I am too busy to explore, but the company are very helpful, very satisfied with process. The residence is in very good place, nearby to Bandaraya, Jonker walk, Taming Sari tower, and very close to Klebang Beach. The parking space is very good, have a lot of space up to 3levels, to get in the parking you need to touch and go the residence card, overall it is very good experience here!

The second room is okay with very little space, and the kitchen only have sink, microwave, the toilet is very small though still managable， and mini refrigerator. Owner should put kitchen for cook (my suggestion) noted to Muslims, this area have lot of non-halal =bar, club, restaurant ie. Non Muslim owned. Though you still can find a lot of restaurant in klebang which I think not too far.

I like the decorations inside the house so much, this was a family trip for my pre-graduation plans, so I took a lot of pics with them inside the house too besides going to other places which are already intagrammable spots like Upside Down House, Riverview cafe and Kiehl's Mural.

I might rent once again in the future, just one of my concerns is that the bathroom's door at the upper rooms are not functioning well and are broken too, would be better if it could be fixed before renting it to guests :) we are Muslims, therefore the bathroom door was quite uncomfortable for us even though we are a family. Overall, it was awesome and I liked everything else! 👍👍👍

The facilities provided got issue. Like Oven, cannot be used. When I update the CS, CS reply to me saying their staff will come and take a look. Unfortunately, no one comes. We cannot even reheat our frozen food for the breakfast next day.

easy to check in. self check in. the management will guard you from A to Z. you just need to follow the instruction. the apartment is comfortable to my family. the deposit will refund to you within 24 hours. quite faster.

i dont like the lift. the lift take time to go from level to another level.

Location was away from the majority of traffic light and congestion. It was good that bars and convenience stores were within waking distance.

The couch sofa sponge has worn out so badly that you can sit and feel the bare metal frame. Hardly used it as it was not comfortable at all to sit or lie down on. The convenience store may offer e-wallet, but the network signal is insufficient to pay with our phone. Cash-only policy might catch people by surprise.
