Near Jonker Walk. Free parking at public lots. The Chinese coffee shop opposite the hotel sells good toast bread.

No full shower screen in the bathroom, so the floor is always wet. Walk-in rate is cheaper than online rate. Have given feedback to Booking.com. In this case, I do not recommend booking through Booking.com.

The location is good which is very near to the business office. Room is big and clean. The view is good, facing main road but could be slightly noisy from the traffic at night. Bathroom is clean with good shower head. Air-Cond is working well. 7-eleven is just few doors away. Plenty of parking bay with lots of eateries behind the hotel.

The traffic to go out is very congested during peak hours. Waited for almost 15 mins at the traffic lights. Need to be very patient if stay at this area.

I like the Room which is very spacy and confortable with easy with chairs for old couple to pray. And I was given the room near the lift for old couple like me don't have to walk far

I was so upsad went we as a guest has to pay for extra pillow cost RM5/ per night. So if we stayed for 4 or 5 days how much we had to pay for renting the pillows. It' fine you charge only once only for extra pillow on the day guest check in till check out with that cost.. why don't the hotel provide night light. By right the light was so brite and guest don't have choice to have deem light to rest when we need rest during day time. It's not romantic in the room.

i really like mini bar because have refrigerator. i have a child so easier to me to kept my child food

We extended our stay for another night and booked separately from the first night. The room is slightly smaller but is ok. Bathroom is clean, air-cond working well. View slightly blocked from the shop's roof but can still see a bit of the main road. Plenty of parking bays with many eateries behind the hotel.

The hotel was quite near to Jonker Street. Easy for us to travel and the surrounding of the hotel is very convenient as there is sufficient parking, stores to buy things we needed and also the food choices are a lot near the hotel.

The facilities like iron box we only get the second day of stay in the morning as it was not given on the time we request and we need to wait until the next day

I was upsad with the charges made for pillow. Of coz when we stay in a hotel at least we need 2 pillows 1 guest. The hotel can charge but if the guest stay for 5 days the pillow will be charge for 5 days. Why don't the hotel charge only once request till check out. They really make money for any request rather than payment for room. Do you think it's fair???

The staffs were all okay and room is clean with high pressure water in the toilet. There are many car parks available for free.

It a bit loud in the middle of the night, can hear ppl racing car. The mattress also not very comfortable.

Everything was perfect and comfortable. Stayed with 2 kids and they enjoyed the stay because its clean and selesa sangat. Very near with the melaka city and klebang as well, parking is convenient too.
