The location was optimal, in terms of being close to all of the tourist attractions, but not in the middle of the noise and chaos. The staff was very helpful and available for any questions. The breakfast was amazing and so diverse. With lots of local faire.

They did not tell you about the foreign tourist tax upon booking in. It was not a lot of money. But after paying for the room in advance, I did expect an additional charge at check in. And at a time that you could not cancel without penalty. So I I felt that I did not have a choice - so you have to pay what they demand. Kind of like a ransom.

(Premier King Room) Came to Melaka after 15 years for family vacation. It was a great trip @ Swiss Gardens Melaka. We were welcomed by friendly consensus! Special thanks to a very helpful and polite front desk staff, Eugene! He guided us on must visit spots and a copy of the location map too!!!👍👏👏👏 Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Our room comes with a balcony and beautiful lake view. It would be great if they placed some outdoor furniture on the balcony. Walking distance to Jonker Street, must try cafes and restaurants. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of eateries, amenities, and mall too. Sadly, many shop lots at the mall are closed down due to Covid impacts,(* but they are recovering and some nice dining place with vegetarian options available!*) Safety24hrs security walkabout makes us feel safe! Food and drinksReasonable spread of breakfast buffet. Taste good too. Noteworthy detailsThey have excellent and well maintained pools for adults and children!

I appreciate how value for money staying here is. The rooms and areas are kept clean and are of a good size. The location is quiet too. At the same time, am appreciative for the selection of food during breakfast and especially the rare longer duration which lasts till 12 noon, hence, allowing us to sleep in a lil if we want to and allow the morning crowd to subside before enjoying a peaceful breakfast. This is a plus point indeed.

I like the location of the river, which is situated near the town and has convenient access to it.

The buffet had nearly the same menu, and some people didn't know what to eat. The worst part was that they didn't lock the door that connected the rooms. It was a nightmare when the next-door guest suddenly opened the door.

I booked the hotel because it has a pool and in this heat after a day of sightseeing I wanted somewhere to relax. The room was big and had a great view. The breakfast at the hotel caters mostly to Asian tourists and I loved it. A great variety of really tasty dishes, I tried everything during my three mornings here. Getting to the old town was within walking distance. Across the river are a couple of restaurants, which were great for dinner. Quiet room.

There are two pools, some kind of infinity indoor pool and an outdoor area full of kids. Unfortunately not enough loungers to relax and read a book in the late afternoon outside.

Checking in and out was very promptly done. Staff was generally helpful. Ample parking space on 3A and it's complimentary since we had a premier room. Breakfast was ok. Staff managed the breakfast crowd very well. However, considering it was raya holidays, hotel should have included some typical raya dishes e.g. lemang, rendang, nasi impit, to spruce up the festive mood.

We booked 2 rooms - Deluxe Plus and Premier King. The mattress in the deluxe plus room was so uncomfortable,, my back hurts waking up each morning. The one in Premier king was way nicer..the rates for both rooms were not much of a difference... so i strongly suggest hotel mgmt to look into this matter.

This hotel is definitely worth to stay..good facility with a clean swimming pool. The room is clean and staff are very welcoming and politely answer my inquiry to check in a bit early. My view of room is swimming pool and can see the sunset and sunrise clearly. The breakfast also very delicious with a variety of food. There is a bridge in front of hotel where you can walk along to take picture and have a nice view during night. Parking is provide at level 7 and 8. You can also go to the mall at another site of the hotel where got DIY, KIDS PLAYING GAMES, and some boutique. I suggest to anyone to stay here and you won't regret any penny.

Very spaceful room, nice views on the river, balcony. We pad for "all you can eat breakfast" ad it was worth it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I also appreciate the bathroom cosmetics.

Vhen visiting the pools, there were no lifeguards at the moment and also no towels, all were allready in use, so we had to use ours from the room. Entering the hotel for pedestrians is not so comfortable, the pavements are somewhat narrow. The armchair in our room was polluted by the clay, even the shower box may be cleaned little bit more, but bathroom was good at all.

It was our second stay at the hotel. Last year I was on a business trip staying there, got a bigger room during the time, expected to get the same room, unfortunately we got a smaller room. A plus is that the room has a bath tub so my kids are happy with it. The pool was big and has a separate section for kids to enjoy with slides, splashing buckets and sprinkler structures. The breakfast has an acceptable range of cuisine for the price paid.

One of our bed was old with faulty springs, it sunk down with weight while the other bed stood firm. So it was not comfortable to sleep on. The pool was super cold. It was not raining during the day but was cloudy most of the time therefore it was generally colder than usual. But it would be great if they equip their pool with heating system of some sort because it was really colder than a pool should be during day time. We had to pay the extra head for our 7 year old daughter for breakfast while last year they did not even asked the ae of my child. Maybe new policy for the new year, not sure on that.
