Pretty good facilities, nice comfortable beds and clean toilets. Location is nice there's a 24/7 food market just by the corner.

The staff could not accommodate the slightest requests, you'll be automatically met with a "no" without giving it a thought. They did not provide towels.

This is one of the most comfortable dorm rooms I have ever stayed in - a big double bed, handy lockable area in bed area for smaller items like chargers and huge storage unit under bed, thick curtains, aircon, clean - slept so well! Also nice and light common area with hot/cold water. The staff especially Alan were kind and helpful. Really enjoyed staying here - arrived feeling a bit travel worn and left feeling refreshed. Great location as very close to Kampung Morten - traditional Malay houses and local restaurants and just ten to fifteen minutes walk to Red Centre.

This was my best stay in Malaysia (&Thailand). The room was very spacious, there were ambient lights along with the big lights. Little things like a mirror was inside the dorm bed section itself, there were hangers to keep clothes, a small locker, charging ports that support universally, big locker below the bed, very comfy mattress, and AC was also cool. The kitchen + common area was giving a good view and had a nice comfy setup. The cafe beside had great food so that was a savior.

I felt the bathroom was a little packed because it had the toilet as well as bath shower.

The people really care about you there and will adapt to your needs. The cafe close by is very nice and you have 10% discount as a guest. The beds are very bugs and the sheets comfortable for a dorm bed.

As an improvement in the future adding a fridge in the common area can be a good idea. Also adding some silence rules to all guests in dorm. It is not directly linked to the hostel but some people were making crazing noise at 3-4am.. moreover, organising transfer to other cities like Kuala Lumpur or Singapore can be a good idea 👍🏻

Unfortunately it is not a social hostel, or maybe I had bad luck to people. The common area looks rather like a place to eat breakfast with a few tables. I think changing this would make the place more social. I got the feeling, that it is forbidden to talk to each other, it was weird atmosphere. People were just staring at each other or pretending that they don’t see you.

Well organised hostel with common area. Super secure, entry to thebhostel itself but also to the rooms only with a card. Big storage space (a drawer) under the bed assigned for every bed. Place woth a key tk store valuable items just next to your bed. Sockets next to the bed. Bunk beds were big and super stable so you don't feel when your neighbour from the below/above is moving. Clean bathroom (showers, toilets, sinks). Hot water. Toilet paper were always available as well as soap and shower gel. Towel included. Modest breakfast (you can toast bread and there is butter and peanut butter available). But it was surprised to me there is anything included so it's nice.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved the bunk beds in the 8-bed female dormitory--they were clean, had outlets, lockers, a small lamp, a container for bags, and curtains for privacy. They even granted my request for a lower bunk, which I appreciated! The aircon and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the location is convenient. It's close to a 7/11, Guardian, food stalls, restaurants (Sambal 'n Style Cafe & Boutique is just the hostel and offers a 10% discount for hostel dwellers!), and a laundry shop. It's also just a short walk to Kampung Morten and the bridge. The unisex bathroom was clean and had everything I needed, including a bidet, heater, body soap, and hooks. They also don't allow outside slippers inside the dorm rooms which is great and the trash bin is regularly emptied. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Their free breakfast is just loaf bread and jam but that's okay. The pantry has oven toasters, water heater, and condiments though!

The location is great, only a 10 minute walk away from the Malacca river and nearby restaurants and bars. About a 15 minute walk to Dutch Square/Red Square and other central places. It was easy to check in and the hostel felt safe and secure. The lockers for luggage are huge with lots of space but require quite big locks. The beds have curtains that provide extra privacy. The bathrooms/toilets were overall clean and spacious.

There didn't seem to be any AC or much ventilation in the bathrooms/toilets, which meant they were quite hot and stuffy! Towels not provided.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sleep here Hostel. From the warm welcome until the day i left. The beds were very comfortable, the showers and wash area were clean and the lounge was very cozy. The hostel is opposite the river where everything is illuminated in the evening. You can walk along the river or do a rivercruise. But i prefer to walk so you can see much more and you can stop at one of the cafes, bars and restaurants there. There are enough places to eat around the corner. Melakka has so much more to explore, i I highly recommend it. I really enjoyed my stay and would have preferred to stay another night.

it was perfect , i came here to stay for the second time and would come again. The under bed lockers are massive and fit both mine and my partners 60L rucksacks. The bed was the comfiest bed we have had in our whole trip including the hotels we have stayed in. Not to mention the staff are welcoming , have board games in the communal area with a water machine.
