The room was huge and comfortable. Basically, like a studio apartment. Microwave, kettle and even cutlery was provided. A nice small dining table where meals could be enjoyed. The bathtub was an added bonus.

The keycard system was not functioning properly but kudos to the staff who were really helpful in sorting out the problem.

Friendly staff. The room was of good size, clean, and comfortable to stay in, with a good view. The location was in a different part of Melaka, but a 10 minutes short walk to Jonker, places of interest and shopping areas. There are also places to eat near the hotel. I will certainly stay here whenever I visit Melaka.

The hotel's location is a plus. Walking distance to several convenience stores, food courts, Little India and Jonker Walk. There's a Private Hospital opposite the hotel and a UNESCO listed Heritage, St Peter's Church is just next door. Breakfast menu changes everyday with a good selection of local and continental fares. The room is cleaned daily. The staffs are polite, courteous and kind. They go out of their way to assists us in every way they can. Service With A Smile describes them well, they are simply awesome.

The staff is extremely friendly, although the room aircond no enough cold, but the service is satisfied.

The carparking like a bit dangerous design, possible have green n red light, one time only allow one car to drive up or down.

The location is quite good . Easy to go to the city, river cruise and jonker. Its my 2nd time stay at bayview. The room is large and comfy , got a room with bath tub with very reasonably price.. easy process of check in & check out.. sure will repeat again everytime we came to melaka

Just a room we choose has a connecting door to the next door which we can hear a noise from next door clearly 😅 . Well with the price they offered i have no complaint. Just enjoy it 😆

The breakfast buffet was very good. The swimming pool looked nice although we didn't use it. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is rather old. The rooms were much too expensive. There are many other hotels in Melaka which offer more for the money. The location is quite far from the historical center in a rather run down̈ area.

Just a few minutes away from Bandar Hilir. Nice room. Nice facilities.

The room key card is always broken. I need to go twice at the counter to make it work. Really need to upgrade your card or whatever you have in options for the key card. Had unpleasant check in process. Check in process a little bit messy. I don’t know where to queue. No instructions given at first and I waste my time queuing in wrong line. The queue to take elevator is really long. Probably I need to share the elevator with those who have event in hotel. The hotel need to divide elevator for this matter. I ain’t waiting for 10 minutes just to take elevator. I end up parking my car in front of someone’s house at the back of hotel because the parking is full.
