I like the size of the room for 1 person; easy check in and provided with water, coffee, tissues, etc. Location is near to the establishments however if you are going to Dutch Square it will take you for about 15 mins walk which is not a big issue for me since I love window shopping and buying pastry like portugeuse tart and pork siaw pao.

The smell of woods inside the bathroom which is given because of the door; lay out of toilet bowl and sink is not appropriate especially if you are in hurry, I mean you are facing a little distance to the sink while you sitting in a bowl; TV has no varieties of channels which is kinda boring if I'm staying in my room

Room is exceptional clean. Location really near to my company dinner hotel and near to tourist places. Able to go for a short vacay wit my family. Bed also nice and comfortable, can see that their cleaner is really doing their job well. The receptionist also so friendly. Only to improve is your TV, perhaps in future can have a better channel coverage and could be better if can provide a movie options to watch by using USB or etc. Anyway everything is good and nice to stay here. For sure I will choose this again for my next trip to Melaka.

Love the comfortable bed & pillow and fresh bedding which I always look forward to due to my backache…..I am uncomfortable on soft mattresses so I enjoyed my sleep after the long tiring day. This hotel was budget wise and room was clean with good air conditioning, good water pressure both in shower and basin and new kettle & tea cups. The reception staff were friendly & helpful except for a housekeeper who was a bit arrogant and didn’t reply in a pleasant manner when I asked a question.

Overall cleanliness was excellent except the carpet was a bit worn out and there was no chair in room . the bathroom need a little more scrubbing on the bottom tiles & door in order to avoid further mould & dirt but the upper tiles looked clean whereas the bottom tiles were already stained. The toilet bowel cover has to be fixed as it was moving about when we sit.

It's very comfyy and clean. It is very affordable and still gets nice room for these good quality services. Definitely worth it!!!. We'll repeat here again in future, insyaallah

It's not didn't like, just a bit 'curhat'😂. It's was 1am and i want to iron some clothes, and since the iron board is ready at corridor, right. I went out just to find out the iron and board missing.... but im not mad or something, i went to 3 floor to use the iron board there.. I just wonder where the board go?...😂

The hotel location is strategic.. easy to access to Bandar Melaka the staff also friendly.. the room that i got also quite clean.. and the bed size also beyond my thought. will definitely come back here if come holiday in melaka

the car park is a bit limited if there are many guest come stay here😅

The room is clean and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and polite. Overall is good. Location is great and parking is provided. Just few steps to sight seeing along Sungai Melaka.

I like everything there except if have more time, can brush a bit the toilet floor. The toilet is great, no unpleasant smell but a person like me cannot see the flaws on the floor. But overall is great!

Was moved to room 505. Soundproof double windows facing the street installed last month. Very quiet. Comfy bed, new shower and sink faucets.

1st room was on level 2 and floor has a moldy smell. I would guess carpeting is next on the list to change. Need allergy pills because of smell.

Everything is good here . Very valuable for every single penny we paid ❤️ Internet wifi also fast and easy to connect All the lamp and equipment working properly .

The staff was nice and for €15 per night this is honestly a wonderful hotel! I really recommend.

Its a tad further from the center as expected. Its about 500 meters, for me it was fine.

Room- Okay not too small for solo travelling. Location- All close by and easy to go from hotel to melaka center. Car Park- Free Car Park provided first come first serve got CCTV at car park. Staff all friendly and smile

Toilet shower water a bit slow. Room floor using carpet is not really a good idea but they managed to keep it clean, so it is forgiven.
