The service the receptionists Alif and Aiman provided was exceptional. They helped me with so many things: buses, taxi, recommendations where and what to eat and where to go. If only all receptionists where such gems, then travelling would be even more delightful than it is. I can truly say they were priceless and made my stay in Melaka! Thank you so much again for your patience, friendliness and kindness. I really did appreciate it! The hotel is good value for money, in a great location of the town and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Shops, restaurants and river walkway nearby.

Good location, spacious clean room, and friendly Receptionist. I stayed for three nights, and the staff on duty at Reception counter was so kind to allow me to check-in at 1pm, and offered me a late check-out until 3pm. My gratitude to Mr Aliff who's cheerful & helpful.

The management should consider having back Breakfast package, whereby it is to be served at the ground floor near to the hotel's lobby like they did previously, but not outside of the hotel, for the convenience of guests.

Please let guests to decide whether they want to include breakfast or not,, most of the time,, I didn't go for breakfast because the foods are not met my expectation,,, I rather prefer if the management can offer cheaper room rate without breakfast... because nearby this area have lots of delicious foods,, much much more worth the money... PLEASE CONSIDER... I check in on 12/2 -14/2,, 2 rooms for 3 night,, ROOM NO ; 103& 104,, But I didn't utilized fully the breakfast because the foods are similar and not that special delicious...

1) Morning Breakfast 2) The Bangala Staff, without knocking the door or push the bell,, just went in my room in the afternoon,, It happened twice until It need to bring the door stopper alarm

Reception was 24 hrs. We checked in late night. All was smooth. Room was simple but clean with the basic tea making and water provided. Ironing was provided along the corridor not at the room. Breakfast was quite ok. There were options provided like nasi lemak set, noodles, baked beans, potatoes and egg station. There was parking available in front of the hotel. Just make sure you use the parking coupon which you can buy from the shop beside the hotel. There was a mall opposite the hotel and eateries nearby. Recommended.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I love how the hotel near morten village & the shore. Oh secondly, my room has mini fridge! The room also big enough for 2 adults & 2 babies (2 yrs old & 8 months old)

The front desk name alif really made our trip enjoyable, we dont know where to go but get suggestions from him and my grandchildren really like it.

Spacious room. Near to shop. Very near to Morten Village just by 10 minutes of by walking. Also if by walking to Melaka River Cruise it takes only 30 minutes. Besides river cruise, there are floating market that just open in Melaka that have variety of food to choose. So this hotel is very suitable to choose in Bandar Hilir Melaka. Value for money. Recommend. 👍 Will repeat again on next stay.

No private car parking. Need to park at public parking. Shower in the bathroom quite slow and need to improve.

Location just walking distance within 10mins to jonker walk n stadhuy melaka (red building), Kampung morten just 5 mins walking, 99mart and 7e just next to hotel, 24 hrs mamak restaurant, the shore melaka just Infront. Easy to get car parking. The hotel has a lift My room is clean, the bathroom has an amenities kit like toothpaste & toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel, shower cap. Bath towel also provided. 2 bottle of drinking water. Mini fridge provided. Iron provided. The room is soundproof.

Pretty spacious room, with enough spaces to put all my stuff, in the bathroom too. In good shape, clean room and towels + bedsheets. Located in a quiet area, very close to a mall (where you can eat different cuisines). Polite staff. Free (basic) breakfast. Nice to have an elevator. I had a very comfortable stay for 10 days. It's a safe and quiet town.

The wifi doesn't work. So make sure to buy an unlimited sim card (around $9 a month). Location is just a lil bit far from the center, like a 15 min walk, but not a big problem for me. I wanted to extend at reception but their price was almost 80% more than what l booked online. 😮
