the rooms

the workers started to clean the next door rooms very early around 8am. they were using vacuum cleaners and talking so loud. it disturbed our morning sleep as it was so so noisy.

The location was great, probably 10 mins walking distance to Banda Hilir, free parking available, the building is in a quite area, not much car, for me that is good. The room is clean, love the water pressure and heat, quite spacious. For me the main point is cleanliness, quite area, and close to Banda Hilir.

Location. Room was spacious. Room servicing was regular. The food court opposite (Especially Uncle Tony).

We were on the top floor. There was constant mechanical noise from above which may be laundry. Very intrusive at night time. The room needed a good dusting in the alcoves. Put my backpack on a high shelf and it looked like it had come out of Tutenkhamuns' tomb.

The location was quite central for me. Easy food access. Hotel was clean and nice.

I could hear conversations and TV sounds from the next room.

Place is clean, toiletries like toothbrushes, towels are provided, convenient for pick-ups

Note that they require a deposit paid in cash of RM50 (which will be returned), so bring at least that much of cash when checking in

Had some issue with the initial room that they given to us, but after speaking to their reception, they changed our room to solve the issue we had. very helpful

the first initial room they said there is window views , but the view is not as expected, but after changing the room it was good

The good thing is room very clean even without dust & totally no sound,quiet even front of busy roads & easy to find all restaurants. Can rest well in room. Shower water really very strong water power,can have nice shower.

The receptionist doesn't seem so friendly & not greeting customers politely,with nice smile. Only 2 pillows in room with kid are not enough & quite cold using the hotel room blanket for aircon room,only got coffee inside room,without other tea options. Left message in this Booking but no hotel staff reply.
