Ms Sally and the team at the front desk are very helpful and staff will greet the guests upon walking pass. The bed is comfy, and pillow is soft and clean and you could request different types of pillow for the stay, a menu of at least 5 types of pillow are available. Water pressure in the shower is strong and bathroom is clean. We booked 2 rooms and we have a very nice stay. Parking is complimentary and the system uses car plate recognition that's totally hassle free.

The font desk service was not meet my expectation. When checked in time, the font desk personnel has asked me to fill in form for parking validation and my car can freely in and out after submission. Whereas when I exit the parking, my car was not validated. The parking is located at Level 5 and I have to park my car again and go to Ground floor to validate. Is really wasting my time.

its new, but not sound proof.. so u can hear ppl from room upstairs walking & jumping.. the room door closed to hard and it's disturbing when other room closed the door at night

they didn't validate the car park upon arrival.. so we have to go down and up.. the counter only hv 2 person.. que for check out take more than 20minute..

Fall in love since we had our first stay few months back. It's definitely one of our top choices to stay since then, hence our return this time. Everything you'd expected off Marriott chains. The process from checking in to checking out is exceptional. Very excellent staff especially front desk and concierge, to many to mention names but kudos and keep up the excellent customer service! The room is as expected quality and comfort, and spacious enough. We had good rest and sound sleep to recover after long trip north.

Nothing really, although the F&B team during breakfast seems bit lacking of staff, especially during peak times. Nothing major really everything still acceptable to us but worth to consider for improvement. We just have to wait or find another options of serving food.. which still ok since they served quite variety of food that cater to different audience and taste. The taste of food seems bit lacking (still acceptable though) as to what we remembered when our first visit of stay... our baseline of taste was the serving teh tarik and the taste of nasi lemak's sambal and fried rice....😅. purposedly selecting weekday this time round to see the consistency between weekend and weekday serving. Looking forward to the improvement on our next stay visit.

Right smack in the city where you can access to most places with just a short drive. Ample of parking space. Pool was not huge but it was alright, kids had fun nonetheless. Breakfast was top notch with lovely local touch, refilling was very quick too. Receptionist, housekeeping staff, pool staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and nice.

Found half of a fake eyelash sticking on the shower hose. I believe the housekeeping tried their best to clean but somehow the fake eyelash was really sticky. Wonder what brand of glue did the previous guest used lol. The bathtub/shower design was quite bad tho. Half of the bathroom was wet despite the shower screen installed. If the design can’t be changed, a wiper would be very much appreciated.

Booked this hotel because I have a Marriot gift voucher. The parking was bright and spacious with a guard station. Check-in was fast. Lobby was huge and decorated nicely. The room looks exactly like the picture published. Size and layout of room was very comfortable - I like how the toilet roll holder was designed to keep your phone (see pic) LOL! This hotel looks new and is clean for sure. Restaurant is nicely laid out but quiet, and food was unexpectedly delicious, especially the mee goreng! Location was quiet/peaceful with a short 5min drive to Jonker Street. Grab rides are easy to get so you avoid having to find parking. Staff were all impeccably friendly. Special mention to Daniell at front desk - I've had a technical problem with my Bonvoy account setup for years and many have failed to help me. He not only helped me get back access, he explained to me what was the issue (yeah, my fault!) so I know what I can do to fix this in future. Many thanks Daniell! Overall a delightful experience.

The Marriott gift voucher cannot be used because I booked thru Booking.com. It can only be used through direct booking on Marriot website.

We were impressed by the front office staff's efforts during our stay. We requested a room on a high floor, and although only lower-floor options were initially available at check-in, we chose to wait for a high-floor room. Since it might have taken 1-2 hours, we decided to go shopping while waiting. While we were out, we received a call letting us know that our room was ready much sooner than expected. We truly appreciated the proactive communication and attentive service throughout our stay, and we look forward to coming back again on March 25.

All the service staff were very courteous and polite. They greeted us whenever they saw us. Didn't just walk pass like some other hotels we encountered.

More warm drinks, such as soya milk, for seniors, for the breakfast buffet; including the porridge which was not hot at all. If possible, provision of YouTube or HBO instead of just AXN because all other M'sian channels are in Malay, which non-Malays, like us, do not understand.

Everything. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at, anywhere in the world. The staff have always been incredible - and this stay was no different. Love this place.

Speed - housekeeping needs to ensure that the rooms are cleaned earlier in the morning, ( latest 12pm). Rooms - all rooms need to be checked prior to check in for plumbing issues, cleanliness etc. In Future - consider adding a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel

Everything was great but the staff were exceptional. You can feel they're proud to be part of Marriott Bonvoy, from the security to the concierge, to the reception, to the breakfast wait staff. I do mean everyone. It is clear they're happy to be there and welcome guests.

It is a very minor gripe but the location is not the most central. They do provide free shuttle bus for guests to the main tourist areas so that's all good.
