Wonderful Stay in Melaka! 🌟 I had a great experience staying at this studio apartment in Melaka. The place was tidy, clean, and cozy, with nice deco that made it feel just like home. The bed was very comfy. It’s also spacious, making it perfect for families with children or a group of family members. The location is very strategic– near the city centre and close to all the major attractions in Melaka, which makes sightseeing super convenient. It was easy to find, and the self checked-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The customer service assistant was also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Overall, it was definitely value for money, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Melaka!

There were a couple of small things that could make the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom door didn't have a lock, which could be a concern for guests sharing the space. Also, the TV only had Youtube, with no basic local channels or Netflix access, so entertainment options were limited. It would also be a thoughtful touch to provide some tea bags, sugar, and perhaps a prayer mat for Muslims guests to make the stay more convenient and inclusive. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it, especially for families or groups visiting Melaka!

A big property. Plenty of individual rooms with kitchen and washing machine. Air conditioners in all rooms. Staff were pleasant but only dealt with me via Whatsapp messages.

Towels are aged. The balcony lock did not work. Cleaning equipment was provided but was old and needed replacing. We replaced the kitchen plug and paid for a clothes horse that we left with the property.

Very comfortable, the room was nice, all nessecities are provided shampoo, towel and so on. The staff is easy to communicate with. Good job

All things are fine but during my stay the bidet is broken but you can always contact the PIC they will assist u later. And the lift of the building it takes so much time

The TV unit was out due to internet problem. However the host (Mr. JASON) has been very attentive and helpful enough in trying to resolve the problem. Though the problem could not be resolved, we appreciates his assistance. VERY BIG THANK YOU

The view from the apartment...beautiful especially at night.

The lift service really needs improvement....4 lifts altogether and yet we need to wait to come down from 21 storey to the ground or level 2 for at least 20-30 mins. We had to use the staircase 1 of the day from level 21 to ground floor cos waited too long and lift was all full. So pls look into it. The rest are good...

The facilities provided and location is very good. The property design first impress us with elegant and tidy overall. The toiletries and kitchenware are more than enough for normal use.

The cleanliness and maintenance of property is good, but some place still can be improve like the bathroom drain and living sofa and etc.

The location is superb in every way and the house was very clean and comfortable. Will surely book this place again in the future.

The stay will be better should the host provided 2 sets of keys and access cards to accommodate movement of many guest in the house.

Location, swimming pool for both kids and adults, room decoration, responsiveness of the staff via whatsapp, very clean

With this price I can get a premium stay with my family. Very worth the price. My family and I like this place and they want to come back again. Location very good. Easy to go our favourite’s restaurant.
