Everything was nice just the check in process took about 40 mins otherwise all was good

Big room. Nice view. Big bad. Good air conditioning. Quite new building. Good communication.

Studio type accomodation. However, there are no dishes or cutlery in the kitchen. Towels and bad linen washed, but not white and still with some stains. Even building quite new, bathroom not kept very vwell, so need renovation.

The only confusing part is the registration, so apparently they are the PINES hotel malacca, same building but different ownership The registration booth is only open from 9-9pm It IS the JAYA 99 building

Registration was quick. The room is very big, comfortable, and nice with air conditioner. The view of the room is one of the main selling points. The staff did their best to help with what they could in a friendly manner.

There was a piece of hair in the bathroom and some dust on the tables, therefore cleanliness must be checked properly. The room would be better if you add more furniture especially in the kitchen, as there is nothing to use (all empty except kettle jug + 2 cups). This was inconvenient. I think they didn't notice or take notes for my request through the booking, which I preferred double bed but they should've offered me something like a joint bed instead of saying no can't (service is just slow). The facilities look nice but are not very functional with the gym having limited options and the pool has been slightly neglected with cockroaches. No early check in. No baggage assistance. Hopefully, the whole team can improve better in the future. Thank you 😊

Room is very clean, very spacious, you get towels, a great shower, and a quiet place to rest after a day of visiting charming Melaka. Check in went smoothly, hassle free. Very friendly host, would definitely recommend staying here and I know I will be when I come back to Melaka.

I have no complaints really. However some advice for travelers is to bring your own slippers and an adaptor for the outlets.

Calm, big, Nice and clean swimming pool,. Confortable bed. Clean A bit far from the old city but easy to go and I actually like the place as it's near the river and there is some local restaurants around.

Convenient location. Easy to grab to anywhere. Got a delicious crepe cake store just opp the hotel. View is beautiful on high floor. Bathtub is so luxurious and relax. Check in and out is vry easy. Swimming pool is large and spacious with beautiful view of melaka.

I don't think I have any bad thing to say about the hotel. Except there was a strange smell on lvl 7 where the pool is located at the end of the corridor.

- Good location, close to city, behind the property is the Melaka river. - swimming pool was very nice - peaceful place - bathroom and other facilities were good n complete

- parking was expensive, should be able to comp our parking - check-in process could be faster. I had texted and they asked me to wait for further instructions. Waited an hour, no response. Had to call to be able to check in.
