the hotel location were strategic. easy to access to many place, near to jongker walk, river side walk, restaurant, melaka hardrock and batu merah/ tugu pertahanan melaka. you can just park your car and walk to those place. suitable for traveler or family

if you come by car, the parking quite difficult to get. first come serve. no parking reserve

The service staff are very nice and polite, it feels like coming home.

It can be cleaned up, there are spider webs in the shower room and the water from the shower head is very small, so be careful! You can put some chairs on the balcony for your family to chat with. You can put a sofa in the living room to make it more comfortable. Also, your TV does not have an 8th channel, so you don’t have to watch TV dramas. It’s not enough to have a cup without coffee, because I’ve stayed in many hotels. Everything is very clean! Hope to have better comfort next time. grateful

Great location, by the riverside where the Malacca cruise ply. Enjoyed taking a walk by the river, feels like Little Venice and very attractive and picturesque at night in a quaint and charming way. All other attractions like Jonker Street and Stadhuys are not very far away. Booked 2 Queen bed rooms and stayed one night. Rooms are spacious, very clean, aircond and toilet all in good working condition. No mineral water provided in the room but a jug and glasses are provided for you to get drinking water from the water dispenser along the corridor.

Theres no window for outside view, only a little window to the airwell but its OK cos we only go back to the room for shower and sleep. The lifts are very small and only 3 ppl allowed at any one time. No shelf in the shower/toilet to place your toiletries. Rooms are not soundproof and if you happen to have families with children and babies as your next door neighbour, the noise can be quite annoying especially when you need some peace and quiet after a tiring day sightseeing. Hotel parking space limited about 10 lots or so but you can park along the road using coupon system under the local council with a rate of about RM 5 per day. After 5 pm is free.

Deluxe Room have big spacious without river view.You can book Family Room if you want river view. There is water dispenser, & iron area nearby the room.If you want to iron,you need to come out and go search nearby dispenser. There's alot of room,and scenary river view is the best when you book family room. Hotel also provide parking ticket RM0.60/hour.

The toilet is dirty, especially on the white wall. You can clearly see dirt that has not been washed well. The part in the toilet bowl shows dirt that has not been scrubbed, which spoils the view and is quite "geli" to see. I hope I can improve the toilet cleaning. Lighting using yellow lights makes the room look gloomy. Parking limited,which is need to park after all the nearby cafe close.

We upgraded our room to a roof balcony and a big room. The room was spacious. The balcony was huge and the view was great! Most importantly walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Downstairs got famous food shop too.

Parking was very limited. Luckily we found a spot when we arrived and never went out till check out time since everything was accessible by walking.
