Mira is a splendid staff, friendly and approachable. should reward her for being a very good staff. I travelled a lot and her service is up to par with a good 3-5 stars hotel. room was clean and adequate

nothing to like but few things can be improve example : toiletries not available and the water pressure at the shared bathroom is quite low hair dryer at the common area would be nice other than iron board and iron

I love the concept, environment, staff, service, hotel area, kitchen area, room rate, free breakfast on staff treat, and LAUNDRY SERVICE ! Thank you for the long sight seeing tips guys. I'm sure will come again next year to finish the list . HAHAHAHAHA

First spot that I went is public toilet, for me it's okay but there is a really bad smell trapped inside the toilet. Then, I saw a few withered plants, looks so dry and the colour is so dull. PLEASE we need oxygen to live. I would love to suggest BOD to put more greenery item to make at the air well area looks breathable and presentable as a spot to chill and so on..

Location - it is within walking distance to the riverside and many cafes/restaurants. We enjoyed taking a stroll along the scenic riverside. The hotel is also within the city’s historical enclave. All the historical sites are within walking distance. The room is spacious and very clean. The toilet is also very clean. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions about where to go or visit and how to get there. And we enjoyed watching cultural performances at a local theatre (panggung bangsawan), which is located not far from the hotel.

The staff was very friendly they upgraded our room to have our own bathroom. The place in itself is very nice for the price, well situated in the city center, it's clean and the bed was very comfy.

The breakfast was not so great. Although i love those orange nuggets there wasn't a lot of choice only fried rice nuggets and sausages. But its also understandable since there are so many great cafes everywhere around... There also was a minor issue in the bathroom (private), the showerhead kept falling apart at a certain pressure level but once we noted that we managed to shower without any further problems.

Asimple breakfast with fried rice and boiled sausage as the main dishes, served with coffee and orange juice, may not seem particularly special, but it's a convenient option for a hotel. While this combination is not elaborate, it's sufficient to provide energy for the morning. Adding some side dishes like salad or fresh fruit could make the breakfast more appealing and nutritionally balanced. he location is truly wonderful. Just a few steps away, you'll find a lively street food area, along with ancient and unique architectural structures. What's even better is that it's very close to the main city center. You should definitely consider staying here.

The reception staff was really good, efficient and very helpful. The free upgrade of our room. The location was excellent! The room comfortable.

The shared bathroom needs to be cleaned more often. They need to give two keys for couples or families. Having only one key is very complicated. Also reception need to expand the hours of services, usually they started after lunch.

i do like everything about the property and its my sec time booking swings n pillow. we got free breakfast, the room was big for 2 and the bed was so comfortable. everything is okay except why dont u guys provide mirror inside the room 🥲🥲 its hard for us girls to siap siap yk hahah, overall everything was great, it was nice for the price and the staff were friendly

Second time here and the hotel is still the same as the last visit before.the front office staff(malay one same person before) were very nice and had nice suggestions for eating and sight seeing..the hotel is also clean and nice and near the bandar hilir..

Nothing maybe add a mini fridge in the room with much better.

Lovely room in a great place. In love with the location which in front of an unpredictably beautiful historical mosque, just a few steps from the hotel door! The staff is very welcoming and friendly 🥰 Great place for a Muslim family. And you can just park your car in front of the hotel♥️

i like the location, its strategic and staff is also friendly. i went here with my partner just to sleep in so everything was just nice, its two mins walk from the jonker street.

the toilet. the pipe that was running is very very slow and i couldn’t take any shower in the morning bcs of how slow the water is.
