The room was clean, well-maintained, and had no unpleasant odors. I give 5 stars for the room condition—very comfortable and tidy.

I would like to suggest changing the current blanket provided. The blanket is very thick, which may be suitable for colder climates, but not for a non-snow country like Malaysia where the weather is generally hot and humid. Even with air conditioning, the thick blanket can feel too warm and uncomfortable. It would be more suitable to provide a thinner or more breathable blanket that aligns better with the local climate. This small change could greatly improve comfort for guests. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

The location is super convenient. Just one lane away from Jonker Street. Geographer Cafe is just a few meters away from the main hotel entrance. Has private parking behind to fit 4-6 cars (first come first served basis). Walking distance to many food places.. from the front is Jonker Street, from the back is Pak Putra mamak (cheese naan and tandoori chicken is a must). Going during low season was a breeze coming and going from the parking. Air conditioning in my quad room was top notch and staff were friendly and helpful when we requested for extra toilet rolls and towel change. Quad room was nice and spacious, and some might say rustic.

A little run down but the price was great for the location and our simple room. We stayed in the family quad room and was out most of the time. Good room for the in between resting times. Got bitten by mosquitoes, think mosquitoes could have come in through the gap of sliding door which couldn't be closed tightly. Cabinet doors was loose and couldn't close properly.

overall its a good staycation experience. bed are comfortable, large family room size value for money good receiption/ counter staff its an old shop lots turns to hotel.the layout reminds me of my hotel stay in amsterdam

there's large cracks on the wall. no lift, staircase only. parking spot are limited and no halal food restaurant nearby

The hotel is literally at the jonker street. Step out of the hotel, can see already the jonker street in front. The rooms seems to be newly renovated, water pressure in the toilet are good, toilet is clean too. Though bit small. Love that we can see the original structure of the building with the ventilation space in the middle of the hall.

The hotel lobby and corridor is quite dark during the day, depends solely on the natural lighting which gives unwelcoming vibes. But other than that they are okay.

Clean, comfortable. Fridge, safe, kettle and tv provided. However, only local channels available. No English speaking channels. Good WiFi and air con. No breakfast available but lots of options nearby. 24 hour reception.

BEST LOCATION TO JONKER WALK, RIVER CRUISE AND TAMING SARI TOWER ROOM IS CLEAN OUR ROOM DOES NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST BUT THE CAFE SERVE GREAT AND DELICIOUS FOOD SUCH AS LAKSA NYONYA AND CENDOL... THE CAFE OWNER IS VERY FREINDLY

Warm welcome, helpful staff, clean, comfortable bed. My room was also very quiet. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and at walking distance of many points of interest. I recommend.
